Has Victoria Gained Weight?

Just a week after Victoria’s public declaration that she is trying to gain weight in an effort to become pregnant with the couples fourth child. I’m not sure if she looks a bit heavier here, or if just minus the horrible hair extensions, the hot pants and the very low cut tops that her body looks almost normal.
