Doctors say that Nicole Richie’s hard living may have hampered the normal development of her baby. Nicole’s history of heroin, cocaine, and alcohol abuse along with her devastating anorexia and rumored addiction to Adderall has made Nicole’s pregnancy unusually high-risk.

Drug use aside, doctors say the most serious problem now is Nicole’s weight and a clinical professor at Yale University has gone on record as being surprised the super skinny Nicole could conceive at all. Which of course brings us back to the theory that this pregnancy is a fabrication thought up to keep a terrified Nicole out of jail.
