Harry Connick, Jr. says he now understands how people get addicted to pain pills. Recovering from a recent surgery, the cutie crooner went on a pharmaceutical induced shopping spree that he has no memory of. He only realized he had been shopping when strange boxes started showing up at his house. What did he order, you ask? The list includes a box of 100 radio control cars, a ten dollar Chinese guitar and a large amount of jade jewelry. All of which he says was difficult to explain to his wife.

Harry explains, “I had some surgery and I have to admit I understand how people become addicted to these pharmaceuticals that they prescribe after the surgery for killing pain. They’re absolutely amazing. I was in such a state while I was recovering from this surgery and the pain medication that I was on sort of took all the inhibitions out that I may have had.”
