I hope everyone is off work today and out for one last summer blow out. You should either be at the beach or lake or the very least, at your crazy family bbq watching your Aunt Barbie chain smoke and drink Shlitz out of the can.

No one should be sitting at a computer on this day, but not everyone has cush government jobs. So in the spirit of the working class, which is what we are celebrating today as we chug beer and eat burnt bugers cooked by your Uncle Buck (Aunt Barbie’s third husband), I’ve managed to pull together a few tasty tidbits for you.
