Gwyneth Paltrow was on Oprah this week sharing lots of personal tidbits. She dished on being friends with Madonna, how she suffered post-natal depression after Moses was born and her grueling work-out regime.

Gwyn invited O’s camera’s into her home fab home work-out studio to film one of her daily two hour work-out sessions with her celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson. As Gwyn gets her sweat-on sans make-up she admits this regime is the only thing that helped her shed the 20 pounds she needed to lose after her last baby.
