We may all love the clothing store Forever 21’s ability to come out with designer knock-off’s super fast, but Gwen Stefani has got no love for the nationwide chain. Gwen’s Harajuku Lovers fashion line is suing the popular store for trademark infringement, claiming that they allegedly stole designs from the HL line.

Gwen’s people say that F21 is marketing and selling products featuring a logo that is clearly a rip-off of Gwen’s HL line and is virtually indistinguishable from Gwen’s line. The lawsuit claims as a result of the chain using a similar image, Harajuku has allegedly “suffered and continues to suffer damage to its business reputation.”

What they really mean is that young girls have figured out they can go to F21 and buy that school girl plaid mod mini for $24.99 instead of paying Gwen $259 for the trendy jumper that will be ‘like soo out of style in a few months.” We’ve got mad love for Gwen here at HWB, but sometimes a girl is on budget.
