People Magazine is reporting that Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale checked in to Cedars-Sinai this afternoon for a planned c-section and have now welcomed their baby boy into the world. Kingston James McGregor Rossdale weighed in at 7 1/2 lbs and mother and baby are doing fine.
