Geri Halliwell (Ginger Spice) is now a new mom. Congratulations Gerri and our condolences to the new baby girl that Geri so wisely named Bluebell Madonna.

I guess she was trying to out do other former Spice Girl spawn strange names. Victoria Beckham’s kids names are Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz. Mel B named her little bundle of joy Phoenix.

Bluebell is not so bad, its a pretty flower and there is nothing wrong with naming a pretty baby girl after a flower. But I just can’t get past Madonna as a middle name. I know its a respected religous name, but anyone in the free world will always identify that name with Madge/Ester/Madonna Ciccone.
