While everyone in the states is still standing around holding their junk in their hands concerning Michael Jackson’s funeral and the star-studded tribute that is sure to follow….the prisoners at the Cebu Prison in the Philippines stayed up all night last night practicing this touching, albeit creepy tribute to their hero.

The inmates at Cebu Prison in the Philippines became world famous after their prison version of Thriller hit the internet a few years ago. After they heard about MJ’s death they all stopped shiving each other in the shower and joined together to create this….whatever it is.

They practiced late into the night on Friday just so they could debut it today. My question is how did they get all costumes, props and signage brought in time.
