Duhamel took her on a private helicopter from Los Angeles to Santa Barbara, Calif. and wed again at the luxe Bacara Resort & Spa. During their 15-minute ceremony, held on a bluff overlooking the ocean, Fergie was “crying and very emotional.”

This would have been a romantic and redeeming thing for Josh the cheater to have done if not for two things. 1.) They pimped the story out to several media outlets immediately and 2.) Josh’s new movie When In Rome hits theaters January 29th and he needs some major good press.
