There are some sources out there in gossip land that claim that Britney Spears pulled a covert liposuction operation this past weekend. Word is she returned to Las Vegas for more liposuction on her bottom and hips under the guise of house hunting.

Britney denied the rumors that earlier this year that she had lipodisolve treatments in Las Vegas, but she sure was rocking a flat tummy after that April trip.
