Even after even more weight loss Courtney Love still denies reports that he had gastric bypass surgery and liposuction. During a free concert in NY last month, Courtney jokingly told the audience as she sipped on a protein shake that “I had to take care of my eating disorder.”

After seeing these photos we are wondering if maybe she wasn’t joking.
