The good folks at the L.A. District Attorney’s office have officially charged Chris Brown with two felonies for beating up Rihanna.

The charging documents name “Robyn F.” as the alleged victim and list the charges as felony assault and making criminal threats, also a felony.

TMZ reports he’ll be arraigned today at 3:30pm and that he could face a max of four years and 8 months in prison. Woo hoo! Go justice system!
