I heard from a friend at lunch today the Jimmy Kimmel Twilight show was off the hook last night. I didn’t watch it because I get a bit burned out with all the pre-premiere promotion and I want my heart and mind to fresh when I see Eclipse next Wednesday. But it looks like I missed the best cast interview so far.

Brilliantly titled Jimmy Kimmel Live: Twilight: Total Eclipse of the Heart…Jimmy asked Robert Pattinson such significant questions as “vampires would kill a shark easily, right?” and “what happened to your dreamy, impossibly tousled hair’

The interview was awesome but Jimmy then topped it off with this Jersey Shore / Twilight parody that is way funnier than you think it’s gonna be.

Kristen Stewart is quick to flip that middle finger up, isn’t she. At least this time it was done in fun when Rob Pattinson was taking a dig at her movie The Runaways.

Kristen, Rob and Taylor Lautner were on PR duty this weekend at the “Eclipse” convention in Los Angeles. Held at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza, and costing fans several hundred dollars to attend, the films three main stars sat along side each other and answered questions about the movie’s June 30th release.

By all accounts, all three were playing their press-friendly A game this weekend. See the videos below for a couple of funny moments.

PS – Kristen’s hair is growing out and looks great…Rob’s hair is short and looks great…Taylor always looks the same and I now have a major lemming for KS’s fab jacket.

You knew it was coming. The priceless, antique ring that Edward gives Bella when she agrees to marry him in Eclipse is now for sale. Yeah, it’s a bit cheesy..but at least it’s a quality product this time and won’t be sold at Hot Topic.

Stephenie Meyer’s vampires and the awkward teen girl who loves them may be fiction, but the engagement ring Edward presents to Bella in the “Twilight” series is now a real piece of jewelry up for purchase.

Meyer co-designed the bauble with Infinite Jewelry Co. to match the description in her book, which you can see in the latest trailer for the upcoming movie in the “Twilight” saga, “Eclipse.”

The jeweler offers a “genuine” version of the ring in 14k white or yellow gold, and it’s currently on sale for $1,979 dollars. Those who are looking for less of a commitment can pick up the fashion version for $35, or the “fine” version of the ring for $479.

All the rings come in both white gold and yellow gold, but as Infinite Jewelry Co. instructs buyers, “The ring that Edward gave to Bella is described as gold, so if you want your ring to be exactly like Bella’s, order Yellow Gold.”

If the first Eclipse trailer left you wanting more…as it was intended…..then you are in luck.  The extended trailer for the third installment in the Twilight saga will premiere on the April 23rd episode of Oprah.

According to Summit’s Twitter page, this will be the final trailer before the film is released on June 30th. They tweeted, “Next Friday 4/23, watch Oprah for the exclusive debut of the FINAL #EclipseTrailer!”

That was followed up with another tweet that read: “And visit our social networks after to chat live with surprise guests from the cast! More details to come…”

According to eonline we just might be waiting longer than June 30 for Eclipse to be released. Either that or the quality of the much-hyped and long-awaited third installment in the Twilight Saga might just suck. This news is bound to cause a fandom crisis.

Execs over at our fave Twilight studio are “concerned” about the third film and how it’s going to be received by fans. With David Slade directing, Twi-hards have been nervous that Eclipse would be all action and very dark…which is all true.

And while we’ve heard positive things thus far from people who have seen some Eclipse clips, the studio is semi freaking out.

“It’s just not all there,” is how one of our sources put it.

Basically everyone is frantic that the movie isn’t going to be good enough to go on June 30. The reshoots, or “pickup shots,” are a normal thing to do, yes, but there’s a lot riding on these to make the film ready.
