I love Shia LaBeouf but this kid can’t seem to keep himself out of trouble. Despite staying away from the young Hollywood hot spots and living a relatively quiet life, Shia stays jacked up.

He’s already had a DUI, a drunken meltdown in the middle of a Walgreens, a handful of bar brawls and now you can add get punched in the face outside of Cinema Public House in Vancouver  to that list.

TMZ says that Shia had words with the punch thrower inside of the bar and after they were both kicked out.

It’s time for homeboy to grow up and get over his ‘angry teen’ stage.

But maybe that’s what he’s going for. Then he doesn’t have to play nice and talk to douchebags like this Jonai when he passes him on the street.

The trailer was like WOW. It was a crazy-action- robot-car-army-guys-cute-Shia-over-the-top-Michael-Bay-joint that made me stop what I was doing and watch the entire thing.

Shia LeBeouf was pretty critical of the last movie Revenge of the Fallen and rightly so. That one was the suck. But he says this one is gonna markedly better.

“There’s going to be a lot of death, human death. This time, they’re targeting humans. It’s going to be the craziest action movie ever made, or we failed.”

There were other pictures in this set but they showed Transformer boy smoking and I don’t post pics of anyone smoking…but it was actually refreshing seeing a hot young MALE celebrity smoking and drinking diet coke to avoid food or to deal with stress.

Hey, it takes a lot of bad habits to get that flat belly-four pack he’s rockin, don’t you know? Do you even know any guys in real life that will even get near a diet coke?

He is not off scot-free. Shia will almost certainly have his license suspended because he refused to submit to a blood alcohol test. Steve Whitmore from the L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept tells us Shia’s DMV hearing is tomorrow.

Now how is he going to pick up the ladies? Maybe he can just roll with BumbleBee and let him do the driving.

Doctors have told the 22-year-old Transformers star that he is likely to lose the pinky finger on his left hand.

“Shia called producers yesterday and told them,” the source on the set of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen in Alamogordo, N.M. says. “It’s really thrown the movie into turmoil.”

I’m filing this one under ‘Star magazine just makes things up for fun’. I don’t believe this for a minute. But if it is true, maybe those movie-dudes that make all that cool Transformers stuff can make him a bionic pinky!

Shia LaBeouf’s boss says that he was not drunk when he flipped his big old truck earlier this week. Michael Bay, director of ‘Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen‘ is trying to get some good spin going for his boy. In an interview with Access Hollywood that will air August 1^st, Bay claims that his best money-maker was not under the influence at the time of the crash.

“You’re gonna see – that’s gonna go away,” Bay said. “That’s fresh news… He was not drunk. He was drinking hours and hours before.”

Bay goes on to say that the DUI charges will soon be dropped, all will be good, people will love Shia again and he will continue to make millions.

Serendipitously, Details magazine September issue features DUI-boy Shia LeBeouf and the accompanying interview delves into the actors drinking issues. A rep for Details says they are not purposely trying to cash in on Shia’s misfortune stating that, “It’s already gone to print. Just coincidence in timing.”

In the issue that hits stands Monday, August 5^th, Shia talks about drinking with his father, his lack of control over his own drinking and the infamous Walgreens incident.

On drinking:

“It’s not something that is conducive to being a role model. … And I don’t know how to do it like a gentleman. I don’t know how to have one drink.”

On Walgreens:

“It was two hotheads. One completely in the wrong, one who wasn’t enjoying his job that night, going at it about minuscule bullshit.”

The eyewitness says, “The other guy was saying, `Maybe you should go, maybe you should get outta here,’ and he (LaBeouf) said, ‘No, I’ve gotta deal with this… It’s my problem.’”

Shia was of course later charged with misdemeanor DUI. Meanwhile, Shia’s unknown passenger has been identified as his Transformers 2 co-star Isabel Lucas.
