Katy had asked all her guests to dress in white for the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory-themed party but did not tell them they would be doused with neon paint before the night was over. She wore a low-cut, tight sequinned white dress to the event, and had her nails painted with the faces of Oompa Loompas. The bash was held at restaurant The Beach On Sunset in West Hollywood on Saturday night and it was transformed into Willy Wonka’s factory.

A-list party guests included Taylor Swift and P. Diddy…who probably wondered why Katy was jacking his whole ‘white party’ thing.

The smitten comedian followed the brunette singer to Paris, where she has been attending the city’s fashion week. They arrived together at a party hosted by Fendi last night, with the I Kissed A Girl star turning heads in a bright blue mini-dress and suspenders. His decision to chase after the 24-year-old comes just a day after he confessed: ‘I think I’m in love.’

A source told Britain’s The Sun newspaper: “When they were both in New York for the music awards Russell finally got his chance to work his charm on her. Katy knows his bad boy reputation but could not resist – especially when Russell sent her a love poem with a note attached saying, ‘Please send me a poem back.’

“Russell couldn’t stop laughing when Katy sent a photo of her boobs with the word ‘poem’ scrawled across them. The next minute Russell picked up the phone and invited her to Thailand for a secret getaway.”

Cute couple and I hope they have fun together..but lets hope Katy is just taking this for what it is. Russell Brand goes through girls faster than John Mayer.

The MTV VMA host was spotted making out with Perry at Lady Gaga’s after-party at Avenue — after joking onstage that he had the hots for her.

The voracious womanizer was seen admiring Perry’s cleavage before kissing her as they sat on a banquette. An onlooker at the Meatpacking District hot spot told Page Six, “They were sitting very close together, flirting and whispering to each other with their faces very close. Then Russell leaned in for a long kiss. It didn’t look like this was the first time. He was looking extremely pleased with himself.”

Brand has made no secret of his passion for Perry. Onstage, he joked about her tight pants and mentioned that the two were staying at the same hotel. Later, backstage, he said, “I think I might have a bit of a thing for Katy Perry.”

It was busy weekend for Perry: On Friday, a spy also caught the “I Kissed a Girl” singer locking lips with John Mayer at Gold Bar.

Really Katy Perry? Russell Brand and John Mayer…all in one weekend. You couldn’t have picked two worse womanizers if you had tried. They are both like poster children for Sex Addicts Annoymous.

I thought Katy Perry was one of the smart ones. She’s really only been linked to one long term boyfriend and stays scandal free in this tabloid world. Maybe it was just a one time adreneline fueled lost weekend.

We hear (well, we didn’t actually hear, but other guests at the hotel did) that R and H had quite the good time together after hanging at Tao.We’re talkin’ moans, screams, the whole he/shebang.

And before everyone starts wondering why in the world a gorgeous blonde like Holly would let a dirty-sex-addict-recovered-junkie hit that…remember that Russell is really funny..and if you can look past his knotted up, dirty hair he actually is good looking.

Plus, after banging Hugh Hefner for years and then moving on to skanky Chris Angel…Russell is quite a catch.

The bawdy British comedian really is incredibly talented and his appearance in the movie Forgetting Sarah Marshall made the film if you ask me. But it’s not his incredible wit or sense of humor that has him in the news this week.

This rock star-skinny and almost dirty looking funny man seduced a random girl while waiting on a ferry in Sydney this week. These pictures tell the story better than I can..so here you go. Although when you get the picture where Russ is stripped down to his tidy whities..you are on your own. I have no idea why he’s in his skivvies on a public ferry.

Hopefully the man used the cash for travel and not drugs or booze.

Anywhoo, after several jokes at the Jonas’ expense, American Idol star Jordin Sparks decides to speak-up and defend all the innocent young people in the music industry. Jordin says “it’s not bad to wear promise rings because not everyone wants to be a slut.”  Russell fires back saying he ‘doesn’t want to piss off teenage fans with comments on promise rings, but that doesn’t mean he wants to “piss on” them either.
