At Sunday night’s Blink 182/Fall Out Boy show at MSG in NYC, Pete Wentz declared that it was “THE DEATH OF THE EMO HAIRCUT” and let Mark Hoppus cut his hair off on stage.

Thank you! Now if he can just give up the girly skinny jeans and hoodies that are two sizes too small the universe might be in balance again.

Let’s hope that all the creepy looking teenage boys with way too long swoosh bangs that haven’t been washed in a week that emulate his look heard that bold statement and take heed.

Trouble for Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz. His New York bar has been temporarily closed amid allegations staff served alcohol to minors.

Pete is part owner of the Angels and Kings venue in Manhattan, along with members of Gym Class Heroes and Cobra Starship.

The bar has been shut down for three days amid claims alcoholic drinks had been served to underage customers, although the bar’s website claims is only temporarily closed for maintenance work.

Celebrity website Gawker.com is reporting Angels and Kings was closed by the New York Police Department. The site has also posted photographs of the venue’s front door, which has been plastered with a police notice which states the bar has been “closed by court order” over the “illegal sale of alcoholic beverages to minors”.

This is why everyone thinks things aren’t so perfect down the rabbit hole at the Simpson-Wentz house. While mommy Ashlee Simpson was driving home from her hubby’s show …he was getting busy with strippers and lubricant on a make-shift slip and slide. Star magazine paints Pete Wentz as an immature rock star that sends his wife home to take care of the kid while he gets his party on.

The Fall Out Boy bassist — who was without his wife of nearly one year — partied hard with about 50 band members, dancers and pals (including Girls Next Door star Holly Madison) following a sold-out show at the Palms Casino Resort on April 5.

“Everybody was going absolutely crazy,” an eyewitness tells Star. “People were even drunkenly playing makeshift Slip ‘n’ Slide with a mat and lubricant. And Pete was in great spirits. He was dancing and singing along to his band’s own songs, grinding up against the dancers [and] dancing on a pool table with the girls.”

However, earlier in the day, Ashlee — who headed back home after attending FOB’s April 4 concert in Irvine, Calif. — Twittered: “I am beyond sad to leave my love… My heart is breaking as we drive home.” And also: “I need my hubs.”

Pete Wentz is always open and honest about suffering from Bi-Polar disorder and depression…but this time he may have shared a tiny bit too much. In an interview with the Daily Mail, Pete talks about some of his most disturbing thoughts.

“I refuse to answer my front door because I’m convinced someone is going to murder me. I used to think that some day I’d end up murdering a close friend or relative. Now it’s reversed and I’m convinced it’s going to happen to me. That’s they way I’m going out, I’m completely sure of it. So I refuse to answer the front door – it greatly minimizes that risk”

Before you go thinking that P-Daddy is a complete loony….he also said becoming a husband and father has finally given him peace of mind.

According to Pete Wentz, his wife and new mom to Bronx, Ashlee Simpson  is losing the baby weight by breastfeeding and walking. Pete told Howard Stern a few weeks ago that he is not ashamed to admit that he has tasted his wife’s breastmilk and finds is “soury and weird” but that the baby loves it. Natch.

Pete also told Howard that he gained at least 10 pounds while Ashlee was pregnant and is now trying to get is off.

“I gained 10 pounds at least. I usually hang out around 135, 134, I go up to about 140, and when I hit 148, I get fat face. I’m working out a little bit, trying…I mean last night I decided to eat Virgil’s [BBQ] at midnight which is never a good idea…I’m feeling that a little bit today. For the most part, we’re going on walks – that kind of stuff. I think it comes off easier for her because she gets to breast feed and I don’t have the luxury of doing that.”

Wow, Pete. 135 really? You are a small, small man.

BFF’s Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz and Gym Class Heroes‘ Travis McCoy displayed the artwork the friends made together this summer at last night’s “Without You I’m Just Me” exhibition at Gallery 1988 in West Hollywood.

On hand for support was his wife Ashlee Simpson, her sister Jessica Simpson, Nicole Richie and her baby daddy Joel Madden, and the freshly dumped and newly thin Benji Madden.

Pete and Travis describe their show as the following:

Pete Wentz is a big, hot mental mess. As well as taking medication for anxiety, ADD and depression he suffers from insomnia and has to take Ambien to sleep. In a recent Playboy interview he confessed that without the sleeping pills he can only sleep for one hour at a time, but if he takes daddy’s little helpers and then doesn’t fall asleep he gets into trouble.

“If I don’t take an Ambien, I’ll sleep for an hour. With Ambien, I’ll sleep from 2am to seven (am). But, if you don’t fall asleep, Ambien makes you hallucinate. About four months ago I took Ambien and almost set the house on fire.”

Pete also says that since his pregnant wife Ashlee Simpson goes to bed at 8pm, he ends up having some pretty groovy conversations with his dogs.
