Well, these aren’t pictures of the exact cell that Nick Hogan is serving his jail time in, but the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office says this is close enough. Due to numerous media requests, the PCSO released these pictures of a cell that is “identical to his cell size, configuration and furnishings” as Nicks.

A judge denied Nicky’s request to serve the remainder of his sentence in his family’s mansion, because well, he all but killed his friend and then acted like it was no bigggie. Apparently Nick doesn’t think his punishment fits the crime. He thinks it’s fair to be under house arrest in a Miami mansion while John Graziano lays in a permanent vegetable state, unresponsive to light in his eyes and parents voices. Every once in a while the courts get it right. Rock on Justice!

        Morning Breakfast:

Approx. 3:30 a.m. in the cell

Working away from the cell in Inmate Property Section:
Approximately 8:00 – 2:00 p.m. No work on Saturday and Sunday

Lunch:
Approx. 10:30 a.m. – in the Inmate Property Section

Visitation:
3:00 p.m – 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, Friday and Sunday at Video Visitation booth on the floor, down the hall from his cell.

Dinner:
Approx. 4:00 p.m. in the cell

Daily activities where Bollea is out of his cell also include; Attorney visits, recreation (1 hour), several daily telephone calls

Other services available to Bollea: Inmate library books are delivered, Chaplain services, inmate mail, law library materials are available by request, commissary items.”

Is it possible that Terry and Linda Hogan Bollea are getting divorced to protect their $8 million fortune? The pending divorce could be a strategic move in a civil suit over the wreck that injured the guy riding with their speed demon son last August. Could be, at least that’s what the attorney the parents of injured John Graziano have hired says.

Nick Hogan, who had been drinking the night of the accident, is facing felony charges of reckless driving with serious bodily injury. And since he is still a minor at 17 years old, the Graziano attorney will most likely try to prove parental responsibility. The Hogan split would cut Hulk’s assets in half.

Oh, just as an FYI and reminder how f***ed up life can be, Graziano was estranged from his parents before this tragic accident, and now they will most likely walk away with a big fat settlement. The Hulkster better hope VH1 renews his show, he is gonna be hurting for cash soon.
