I have been rejecting the whole Twitter thing until now. How cool is it that we know that Lily Allen got a new tattoo on her finger last night at 2am…and because she told us!

Lily-kins posted this picture of her new tattoo that she got at 2am in West Hollywood with the back on the scene party girl Lindsay Lohan. Where the hell is Sam and why is she letting LiLo run roughshod all over the streets of L.A.?

Maybe she got the “shhhh” to remind her to keep her big English mouth shut instead of bad mouthing everyone under the sun on her blog and/or twitter.

So forget all the stuff I said yesterday about how Lily Allen sounds so much more mature these days. Miss Lily still has her raunchy mouth and she still likes to speak candidly about her past sexual exploits.

Lily told The Gay Times this week that she hooked up with twins at party in San Diego not that long ago.

The singer insists it was her only same-sex clinch to date – although she frequently fantasises about women. “I did once snog (kiss) these identical twins in San Diego. I was on the sofa and I had them both. I was dancing and shoving my a**e on one of them and one on my front bottom. That’s the only time, but I have lesbian dreams a lot.”

Front bottom? I love the typically British way she tells a ranchy story  – but uses a more proper and polite term for vagina.

A newly sober, and strangely adult sounding Lily Allen told the Daily Telegraph that she was so distraught after having a miscarriage last year that she checked herself into psych ward to work through it.

“I stayed there for three weeks. I was really depressed because of the miscarriage and I’d kind of lost the plot a bit. It was quite a nasty time. Actually, it was quite nice being in there. No one could get to me; no one knew I was there.”

“It’s pretty hard to talk about it, but that Christmas I was at home with my family and Ed, and I wasn’t drinking, and I just sat there knowing I was having a baby and I was in absolute bliss. Sitting round eating turkey, playing games, watching everybody getting drunk, and being really excited knowing this time next year I was going to have a baby…And I haven’t.”

In case you are unsure of how “Ed” is…Lily is referring Ed Simons from The Chemical Brothers, to the S.O.B. that dumped her after she lost his baby.

Lovable drunken mess Lily Allen has finally found a way to get rid of that bloated baby fat she’s been carrying around and crying about for years.

Susan Hepburn, a Harley Street hypnotist told Grazia: ‘It’s very big in LA and New York and it’s becoming increasingly popular in London,

British It Girls Lily Allen and Agyness Deyn were invited to attend the grand opening of the Atlantis Palms Hotel on the man-made Palm Jumeirah Island last week. But before they were let out of the airport and allowed to mix in with the locals, they were both given a “terrifying and traumatic” strip search as soon as they landed in United Arab Emirates.

The girls were among a number of celebrities subjected to the security treatment after arriving in Dubai last week. Supermodel Agyness’s boyfriend (Albert Hammond, Jr from The Strokes) was forced to drop trou for the invasive search as well.  This is what happens to well documented users in a country that has a strict anti-drugs policy.

Lily Allen says, “I was strip searched, which was so nice as soon as you arrive. I knew I didn’t have anything on me so I wasn’t worried. I wasn’t paranoid, just terrified. It was at the airport and took more than an hour. It was really scary as they didn’t tell you what they were doing, they just said, ‘Take off trousers’ and I was like, ‘Ahhh, help!’”

Catwalk star Deyn adds, “Both Albert and I were strip-searched. It was really traumatic. It wasn’t the best experience in the world but it is their culture and you just have to respect it.”

Organizers of the big event warned everyone of the guests about the strict drug laws, but I still say they were totally profilin’. You will notice that Robert De Niro, Denzel Washington Charlize Theron did NOT have their cavities checked for cocaine.

I don’t normally post much about British pop star Lily Allen. Her immature attitude and lack of respect for herself , her talent and everyone around her are a big turn off for me.

But I’m a sucker for balloons.

For the past few months, Lily has been ranting on her blog and drunkenly falling out of her clothes all over London. But now it appears she’s got it together enough to film a cute little video for her new single The Fear, dropping sometime in January 2009.

Or possibly both. After getting drunk and making a fool of herself at the GQ awards this week, she has taken to her blog again for her umpteenth online pity party.

Lily had originally  described her emotional state as ‘dying inside’ and also wrote that she ‘feels like killing’ herself, although this statement was later removed.

Sad news for cutie-pie British pop singer Lily Allen.

The singer, 22, had a miscarriage after returning from a romantic holiday with boyfriend Ed Simons, 37. A source said: “They are in a state of shock. The bad news has been really difficult for them to take and they are absolutely heartbroken. Lily’s entire outlook on life changed after she found out she was pregnant. She was looking forward to being a mum and starting a family with Ed. She had turned her back on her party girl image and had turned over a new leaf.
