Crazy-ass Kelly Bensimon has decided that her body is so awesome that she needs to turn the rest of the world onto her six day a week diet. If you watched last season of The Real Housewives of New York you saw her condescending to Sonja for having lipo and Ramona for working out and not enjoying it. I told you, that bitch crazy.

Anyway…she seems to be on a personal mission to have everyone barely eating six days a week, pigging out one day a week and going for a run through the bustling busy streets of New York. Fans of the show know what I’m talking about. Again, that bitch crazy.

In this new video Kelly talks about how she maintains her figure:  six days a week of starvation followed by one day of eating “chicken wings, caesar salad, muffins, Coronas and margaritas.”

Here is a sample day of restraint:

Breakfast: An orange and coffee with soy milk
Lunch (“My biggest meal of the day”): brown rice, tofu and vegetables
Dinner (“Usually a very, very light meal for me”): piece of chicken and salad, a beer

The most hate of the Housewives of the New York franchise is getting naked in the March 2010 of Playboy magazine.

Is she hedging her bets in case she gets fired from the show? Is she really so vain that she wants everyone to see her naked? I don’t get it. This is not typical behavior for a Real Housewife. Well, except for that unfortunate nude photo of Alex from season one…but Alex and Simon don’t really count.

Not even the Jersey girls are getting naked in Playboy. I can’t wait to see what the Countess has to say about this.

It finally happened. The first Real Housewife to get naked for Playboy is….drumroll please….the classless and trashy Kelly Bensimon from the New York franchise. I know, I know. We all thought it would Tamra from Orange County. She’ll take her turn when her divorce is final and she’s living in a two bedroom townhouse outside the gates.

Kelly, 41, will be featured “on the cover and in a 6-page nude pictorial,” a publicist for the celeb said in a statement. “The pictorial was shot by Kelly’s ex-husband, famed fashion photographer Gilles Bensimon,” publicist added.

Look for Kelly and all her glory in the March 2010 issue.

Kelly Bensimon was taken down a few pegs after this season of The Real Housewives of New York aired. Kelly spent the entire season being rude and ugly to fan favorite Bethanny Frankel and now she faces the possibility  of the producers not asking her back for next season. So what now for Kelly? A lot of kissing up and eating crow.

The women got into a spat after Frankel sniffed that haughty Bensimon thought she was Madonna. Bensimon then called a one-on-one meeting and told Frankel, as she moved her hand from table height to above her shoulder, “You’re down here, and I’m up here.” But Bensimon later sent Frankel an e-mail: “I honestly owe you an apology.” Bensimon lists several mitigating factors: 1) an ex-boyfriend “harassing me like crazy,” 2) “I was late because I had to organize the girls to go to the beach,” and, 3) “My driver who has been with me since I was 23 told me he had terminal cancer.” The former model concludes, “I am horrified that I was rude to you.”
