Jo De La Rosa says she felt like the black sheep of the Real Housewives of Orange County. She say she wasn’t into diamonds and luxury like the other wives, but she sure was into that car Slade gave her, huh?

I was in a very different place in my life,” she said. “I wasn’t in a place of wanting to get married and raise kid. This whole world of diamonds and luxury, I just wasn’t in that place. I don’t even really like diamonds. I’m not into that stuff,” she added, “the show really portrayed me as such. At the end of the day, whatever makes good TV is the way they’re going to cut it.”

So she isn’t into shallow and cheesy like the other wives, but she has decided to star in a new Bravo dating show that sounds so milky it’s making us lactose intolerant. Production began last week on the first of eight episodes of “Date My Ex,” a dating series with a launch targeted for this summer. The show has potential suitors living in her ex-fiance Slade Smiley’s house.

Ugh, file this under the only Bravo show we won’t be watching. Someone at Bravo needs to be fired. Give us more Project Runway, more Top Chef, more Work Out, more Flipping Out, even the crazy hairstylist show is fun to watch. If we wanted to watch The Bachelorette, we’d watch The freakin’ Bachelorette.
