I remember reading in a tabloid about a year ago that Victoria Beckham only ate berries, edamame and drank champagne. I chalked it up to the ridiculous tabloid rumor that it sounds like. Though I doubt she eats very much…living on berries and soybeans doesn’t even seem real for an old-school anorexic like Vics.

But there might be some truth to it. Fox News had this blurb under their Seen and Heard column yesterday.

Victoria Beckham (sans hubby) and her three sons checking into the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego on Friday night. The family enjoying breakfast at Maryjane’s Saturday morning (Posh ordered a bowl of berries with coffee) before spending the day on a VIP tour of Sea World. The family unwound by the pool at Float, Hard Rock Hotel’s rooftop lounge —Victoria sipped on Moet Rose while her kids splashed around in the pool before dinner at Nobu and PinkBerry for dessert.

Gerri Halliwell has sparked rumors of a Spice Girls reunion after she admitted on a television interview this week that there’s a “possibility” they may be working on a reuniting.

She tells U.K. TV show This Morning, “We are friends first and foremost. Obviously a career and music evolved through that friendship I think. Whatever happens afterwards is a bonus. We always talk about creative plans. Right – now, I’ll be honest: We are gathering information about a possibility, but I don’t like to… when you are evolving a plan, you don’t want to share it with the world.”

I’m not really all that interested in a Spice Girls reunion…I just really need a reason to post a picture of these ridiculously sic shoes that Victoria Beckham was rocking on her way to catch a flight at LAX earlier this week. Say what you will, but walking in these through an airport with photographers in yo’ face takes some serious skillz.

The very grown up and respectable Spice Girls look like they are still BFF’s, just hanging out having dinner and drinks. Gerri Halliwell no longer has an eating disorder, Melanie B finally has a career, Mel C finally had a baby and Baby Spice is just still so cute you wanna pick her up and put her in your pocket.

The only one we are missing is Posh. You can’t really blame her for not hanging around London waiting on something to happen. She’s rocking in L.A. with her own clothing line, hanging with JLo and Tom Cruise.

Victoria is back in Los Angeles after a triumphant visit to New York Fashion Week, where she unveiled her DVB spring/summer 2010 collection. Her latest range of dresses has been received by critical acclaim, with the fashion press praising her ‘masterful execution’ and ‘flattering’ styles.

Its seems like I”m always reading stories about  how Victoria Beckham gets upset every time her hottie husband gets a new tattoo…but she seems to be cool with inking herself up. In addition to the numerous tats she already has…she marked her latest wedding anniversary with a new wrist piece.

The Hebrew message inscribed on her left wrist is believed to celebrate her 10-year marriage to husband David as it reads ‘together forever, eternally’. The couple celebrated their ‘aluminium’ anniversary on July 4 in the Maldives, and David had a ring of 10 roses to celebrate every year of their married life.

The Hebrew writing is a nod to David’s upbringing. His grandmother was Jewish and he has talked about the profound effect the religion has had on him, referring to himself as ‘half-Jewish’. Although Victoria is said to dislike the number of tattoos her husband has, it seems she is not adverse to having more herself.

Since the whole world seems to be rocked by the fact that Paula Abdul has left American Idol …Simon Cowell did the next logical thing. He found someone much more entertaining and interesting to replace her.

Simon Cowell has called on a old friend to join him on the judging panel – one Mrs Victoria Beckham. The former Spice Girl has so far agreed to make one guest appearance on the show for a rumoured £155,000.

Her spokesperson told Mail Online: Yes Victoria will be making a “one off” appearance as a guest judge.’

Victoria Beckham is totally acclimating to being in the states….did she even own a pair or flips before she moved here?

Now she’s seen out and about looking like a regular mom at Target and on coffee runs.  Well…maybe a regular mom that owns over 100 Hermes bags and wears a juniors size 00. Not exactly the mom you run into at Starbucks after you drop the kids off at school, huh?

It takes alot of planning to stay as gorgeous as Victoria Beckham. Now that she’s gotten rid of those awful implants she’s thinking ahead to stay young and fresh looking for that hunky hubby of hers.

“A lot of women in LA have the procedure in their late 30s so that in their 40s, they ‘grow into’ their already young-looking face,� a friend of the star’s blabbed to British Daily Mail on Sunday. “This way, Posh will avoid the stretched-out look of women who have too much surgery far too late. It’s something she’s thinking about.�

On a lighter note…isn’t it funny that the Beckham boys drink Diet Coke?

Very few men in this world can make a speedo look sexy but I’ll be damned if David Beckham doesn’t pull it off.  His cobalt blue Armani speedo’s are probably freebie’s from the underwear campaign he and the misses did for the fashion house.

Vic’s doesn’t look too bad herself in her strange Indian bikini/sarong ensemble as the couple celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary on a cruise around the love islands of the Seychelles in the Indian Ocean.
