So there you go…you don’t have to worry about Tori collapsing from malnurishment anymore kids.

“Tori went to the hospital last night for abdominal pain. They released her last night. She wasn’t feeling better today so she returned to the hospital for more tests,” the rep continues.

Husband Dean McDermott wrote on Twitter Monday night: “T is in the hospital now with severe stomach pains. We’re trying to get her comfortable.” Later that evening, he wrote: “Just out of the hospital. After a battery of tests, no conclusive answers. She still feels terrible. Hope it passes soon. She’s in a lot of pain.”

He has not updated his Twitter page about Spelling’s health Tuesday.

Then again, it’s quite possible that she is just really, really, really hungry.

Seriously. Someone get this chick a piece of cake. Two pieces.

But now she looks even thinner…she’s crazy something…but I don’t know if it’s about being busy anymore.

Is this what happens when implants have no more muscle or fat to adhere to and are left literally hanging on the clavicle bone?

Her response? “Well, after I’d given birth to Stella, some woman at the market grabbed my belly and asked when I was due. When she had the flab in her hand, she realized her mistake.”

Tori adds, “And the first time I went out after I had Liam, the paparazzi were around and I remember trying to hold my stomach in, even though my muscles were shot to hell, because it’s not like they want a story, ‘Look at the happy couple, they just had a baby’ they want, ‘Do you see her stomach? We thought she already had the baby.’ But I always say the weeklies build you up to tear you down. It’s a funny cycle. The week before they were asking, “Is she too thin?” they showed a picture of me in a bikini on the beach saying I looked great.”

It looks like the implants are staging an uprising and running for freedom. I suppose that’s what happens when you are so thin that the silicone boobs count for 20% of your body weight.

“Oh my God, I’m not anorexic. I acknowledge that I look thin in photos. I get it. Obviously I don’t want to lose any more weight, ” she says. “But people haven’t seen me not pregnant in two and a half years. I’m eating healthy, I just have a crazy lifestyle.”

If by “crazy lifestyle” she means eating every three days…then yeah…that’s it. She is starting to look really funky….

In our April 13 issue — on sale today – we report that Candy Spelling, who the actress has been estranged from since December 2007, has ramped up the blood feud between mother and daughter by spilling many of Tori’s intimate secrets in a new tell-all, and the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum is so upset by it, she can’t even bring herself to eat.

“It’s not good,” warns an insider. “Tori’s so stressed over her mom’s new book, she has no appetite but is still exercising every day. Her friends are all worried that she may be anorexic. She’s now down to a size zero.”

On the other hand, being 5′5″ and 98 pounds in Hollywood isn’t really cause for concern is it? And you have to give Tori a break…she’s been fat and pregnant for the past 4 years or so…her body imagine is probably  all out of whack.

After getting really thin lately, Tori Spelling has come clean about the pressure to be thin in Hollywood.

“They scrutinize you so much. You try to be the person who says, ‘Oh, I don’t care,’ but I feel the pressure. You’re out there; your picture is in every magazine. They’re looking at you from every angle, no matter what you do,” she added. “You have to be careful getting out of cars now because they shoot up your skirt. Everything has to look good, and of course, there’s pressure to do so. I definitely feel it.”

She also dishes to Us Weekly about how losing the baby weight was easier the second time around HERE.

I guess we all need to stick our head in the sand sometimes and just be entertained or read about how someone else’s life is a mess too. I’m happy for T, I know she got shafted out of her billion dollar inheritance by her spiteful mother, but I’m still shocked that people find her so interesting that they shell out $20 to read about her life.  To each his own I guess. For those of you who just can’t get enough of T…good news! She’s working on book 2!

sTORI Telling, which has been on the best-seller list for 14 weeks, is so successful that it is in its 19th printing, and as a result, Simon & Schuster is back in business with the “Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood” star. This spring, the publishing company will release a second book by Tori with the working title, Mommywood. Obviously, from the title, the book will be about Tori’s life since she became mother.

Insiders tell me that Tori was hired to reprise her role as fashion boutique owner Donna Martin for just ”$10,000-$20,000″ per episode. But then Jennie Garth and Shannen Doherty were signed for ”$35,000-$50,000″ a show. When Tori found out her former co-stars were getting paid way more than she was, she got pissed and demanded equal pay. But the network suits have refused.

Tori immediately pulled out of the series, and I don’t blame her. No one puts Donna Martin in a corner!

The former 90210 star gave birth to a daughter on Monday, June 9. Stella Doreen McDermott arrived at 3:13 p.m. PT and weighed 6 lbs 8 oz.Tori’s rep tells OK!, “She’s here! She’s a healthy baby girl. Tori and baby are resting comfortably.”

Stella, whose middle name Doreen is after Dean’s late mother, is the second child for Tori and her husband, Dean McDermott. The pair, whose Oxygen reality show Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood launches its third season on June 17, are already parents to Liam, 1.

“So far I’ve gained 25 pounds and am loving my body!” Spelling, 34, told photo agency Startraks during the March 20 shoot in Beverly Hills. “I’m eating whatever my body tells me it needs and wants. I love my growing belly and the curves I’m taking on,” she added.

“During my first pregnancy with Liam, I spent a lot of time worried about my weight and how big I was getting and how I would lose it afterwards,” she said. “But once I wasn’t pregnant anymore, I missed it. I loved being pregnant! And now I know that it is possible to get back your body with diet and dedication,” she said.
