The topless picture of Tori Spelling was taken down quickly but not before it spread all over the internet.  And you can see that uncensored picture here.

But those of you who don’t care to see Tori’s giant nipples….here is the picture Dean was trying to share…the couples son Liam with a boo-boo.

Tori and Dean are expecting their third child in October.

Tori and husband Dean McDermott already have two kids together and are currently starring in a wedding reality show called sTORIbook Weddings. Lame.

Tori broke the news moments ago on her Twitter, writing “I know there’s been a lot of speculation, so I wanted everyone to hear from me… Its official…Dean & I are PREGNANT!!!!”

Dean McDermott is in the intensive care unit of a Los Angeles-area hospital with a punctured and collapsed lung following a motorcycle accident. He was dirt bike riding with two friends on Tuesday when he crashed his bike. He is expected to make a full recovery.

His wife, Tori Spelling, was the first one called to the ER. “His friend called me and said he was in the ER,” she said. “He didn’t want to scare me, so he just said he had a crash and that they were X-raying him.”

But this story is even out there for Tori. She tells OUT magazine that Farrah Fawcett has contacted her from the dead..with the help of John Edwards.

OUT: Tell me about this recent experience contacting the late Farrah Fawcett through a psychic?

TORI SPELLING: Yeah, that was a good one. John Edward, the world-renowned psychic, it was with him. I always have to preface it with that because it was with him. If it had been some psychic that I’d walked in off the street for five bucks it would have been different. But it came through him. It was pretty surreal. He offered to do a reading with me and I was hoping I would talk to my dad. I’d lost a best friend a long time ago and I was hoping he would come through. And then, all of a sudden, [he said] Farrah Fawcett’s coming through. And we were neighbors for years. She basically wanted me to give a message to [Fawcett's son] Redmond and to her family and she was doing these very specific call outs for things that they would understand. In the book, I don’t solve it. I can’t believe she came through to me — the most nonconfrontational person in the world. What am I supposed to do with this information? Since the book has been out, I’ve actually written a letter to [her partner and actor] Ryan O’Neal and explained to him in the letter everything that happened. I said, if none of this makes sense, please don’t think I’m crazy, this literally happened. I’m just passing on information but it was pretty bizarre at the time.

Tori Spelling was several hours late to her own book party at Highbar the other night after getting held up at the Time Warner Center Borders signing copies of “Uncharted Territori” for 500 fans. “She would not leave until she signed everyone’s book,” said Spelling’s rep. The reality star finally got to Highbar at midnight, though the party was scheduled to end at 10:30 p.m. Signing all those copies left Spelling hungry: She ordered a Domino’s pizza during the party and wolfed down three slices.

I’m gonna go with funny. And three pieces of greasy Domino’s pizza is a meal to proud of…I mean..most times that’s all Mr. HollywoodBackwash can manage to eat. Although to be fair…I’m betting this is the only thing Tori ate the entire day.

Anyhoo….in her newest book “Uncharted TerriTORI” she reveals that shockingly thin frame is not her fault. She doesn’t want to be Hollywood thin…she’s had the swine flu, migraines and nerve problems for the past…well I guess her whole life because she’s been too thin since she was a teenager.

“I’ve never had a great stomach, but (being ill) just completely tore up my stomach and broke down my immune system, and I’ve basically just been a mess ever since, stomach-wise. It’s about rebuilding my immune system.”

To be fair, she’s repeatedly been hospitalized with stomach pains in the past year (so she says…could have been exhaustion from not eating). Last October she came clean on Twitter on and admitted she that she only weighed 107 pounds when the tabs were claiming she was under 100.

She writes that she hates the eating disorder rumors: “I’m a role model for a lot of women out there, so I hate that they say these things unwarranted, without any research and facts. I think it’s doing a disservice to women out there that look up to any celebrity.”

Tori also says she worries about how her weight drama will affect her daughter, Stella, now 2.”That worries me every single day, the way they attack me in the press. I’m so grateful that she can’t read yet. I’m hoping they’ll let up on that by the time she gets old enough to understand, but I’m going to have to explain to her that this is what happens.”

The easy solution to all this Tori Lou…is to eat.

Her ribs aren’t showing and her breast implants don’t look like are going to cave in on her chest. Tori told Life & Style that Dean has been stuffing her full of red velvet cake …out of love and out of fear that if she didn’t eat she might die.

I don’t like it when people take something really cool and meaningful and turn it into an PR op. What Heidi Klum and Seal do every year is a tradition for them, it means something, it’s an affirmation of their strong relationship and they don’t do it to sell the pictures or to sell a lie. Unlike Heidi and Seal…I’m sure we will see Tori and Dean’s second wedding pictures on the cover of People magazine next week.

Tori and Dean renewed their wedding vows on Saturday, according to People.

Tori tweeted, “Beautiful day to remarry ” and later added, “Vry excited abt 2nite.Going out on a limb & saying that it might B the best party ive evr planned vision wise! Chic von chic! Getting ready!”

Chic von chic, indeed.

Spelling, 36, wore a white, strapless gown with an open back and McDermott, 43, presented her with a new piece of bling for the occasion – a custom designed Darkened Diamond Eternity Band by Neil Lane. The ceremony took place at a private home overlooking Beverly Hills with the couple’s two children, Liam and Stella, and close friends and family in attendance.

The couple wed at a beach in Fiji four years ago, so there was a sandbox between two pails that read “Tori” and “Dean” as a tribute to their wedding site. Spelling was a vision in white as she wore a strapless white dress with an open back. She walked down the aisle with daughter Stella. McDermott was waiting for his wife at the end of the aisle with son Liam.

The pair renewed their vows in the sandbox while the children played with the sand. Spelling and McDermott read each other the vows they read to one another at their 2006 wedding. Spelling teared when she read her vows to her husband; after, they both washed their wedding rings in ocean water.

When the couple stepped out of the sandbox, they gave Stella and Liam a gold bracelet. US Magazine reports: “During the ceremony McDermott gave her a custom-designed Darkened Diamond Eternity Band by Neil Lane.”

Spelling’s mother, Candy, attended the ceremony, and after years of public fighting, the two seemed to have made amends. White feathers were tossed into the air over the happy couple after they kissed.
