Lots of times it’s the celebrity voices that do it for me in animated films. It’s comforting somehow. Especially when you have the comic timing of Will Farrell, Tina Fey, Jonah Hill and Brad Pitt. Yes..Brad does have some comedy chops…remember Flloyd in True Romance? Or his dry humor in Mr. & Mrs. Smith and the Oceans movies? Or OMG..his dorky-adorableness in Burn After Reading?

Will Ferrell stars as Megamind..a very Dr. Evil-like character..Brad is the hero..Tiny is the lady in distress…no idea what Johan is doing. He’s probably the chunky sidekick. The movie hits theaters this November.

Worst Oscar Dresses

As I said in the above post, this list is my opinion only and it differs wildly from some of the other bloggers and celeb stylists. But I like what I like and hate unflattering, boring dresses at the freakin’ Oscars.

You may be surprised to see some of these dresses on my Worst Dress list but like I said…but I’ll try to explain.

Sara Jessica Parker’s dress is unique for sure, but come on…is SJP..she can do so much better.

Jennifer Lopez’s dress looked ok on television but it photographed terribly so she goes on the bad list.

James Cameron’s wife is waaay too old to be wearing that dress.

I”m sad to say I’m not a fan of Nicole Richie’s throwback 70′s look. It really aged her.

Tina Fey..I don’t think I have to explain why this dress was a don’t. She just never gets it right.

Charlize Theron is gorg but that dress looks like she has lettuce cups around each breast.

That cute red-head from True Blood is totally wearing an old lady dress.

Zoe Saldana’s purple explosion dress is just too much for me. That’s a migrane making dress.

Everyone is gonna have Sandra Bullock on their best dressed list..and she did look great on stage..but this dress is just almost invisible in photos.

Kristen Stewart…while I appreciate the effort on her part …that dress is wearing her. Same goes for Amanda Seyfried.

Tina Fey Was A 24 Year-Old Virgin

I could not love Tina Fey more..until I saw this David Letterman clip from Wednesday nights show. It takes a very happy, secure woman to admit that she was a virgin until she met her husband when she was 24.

As Dave read a list of people who stayed virgins from a tabloid, like Brooke Shields (22) and Adriana Lima (27), Fey’s name came up as having been 24.

“[I] Couldn’t give it away,” Fey sighed. “That’s just good, Christian values, or, being homely.”

Tina Fey Had To Lose 30 Pounds To Get Famous

Once again, the male/female double standard rears it’s ugly head. Tina Fey revealed in her interview with Vanity Fair this month that her career didn’t take off until she lost 30 pounds with Weight Watchers.

Fey says she knew she had to drop the weight after catching a glimpse of herself in an SNL monitor as an extra.

“I was like, ‘Ooogh.’ I was starting to look unhealthy,” she says. “I looked like a behemoth, a little bit. It was probably a bad sweater or something. [Or] maybe cutting from Gwyneth Paltrow to me.”

She called her husband that day and announced: “OK, I’m starting Weight Watchers.”

Everyone is also doing a lot of talking about the scar on her face and how it got there….you can read about it HERE. What I’m more interested in is what kind of make-up she used to cover it…because I watch 30 Rock religiously and I’ve never noticed it. That’s some kick-ass cover-up.

Tina Fey Does Sarah Palin On Saturday Night Live

Tina Fey is the bomb! Proving once again that she is one of the funniest women in the business these days, she does a dead-on Sarah Palin on Saturday Night Live this weekend.

It’s a good thing Lorne had this gut-busting opening skit on this week’s show because their Olympic superstar host, Michael Phelps, bombed. And not a good bomb like Tina Fey. A bad you-should-never-ever-ever-do-tv-again-go-back-to-the-pool bomb.
