Snoop Dogg Attends Nation Of Islam Convention

Snoop Dogg has converted ya’ll. He is officially in ‘the nation’.

Snoop made his first official appearance as a member of Islam at the Saviour’s Day convention last weekend. Snoop clapped and rejoiced as minister Farrakhan spoke and urged others to consider joining the movement.

He told reporters, “When you get a speech from Minister Farrakhan it’s about a mirror, it’s about looking at yourself. It’s about seeing yourself and what you can do to better the situation… We’re doing a lot of wrongs among ourselves that need correcting.”

“I’m already in the Nation, that’s why I’m here. I’m an advocate for peace. I’ve been in the peace movement ever since I’ve been making music. My whole thing is not about really trying to push my thing on you. It’s just about the way I live, and I live how I’m supposed to live as far as doing what’s right and representing what’s right. That’s why I was here today.”

Snoop also showed how he rolled by donating a whopping $1,000 to the cause. Big balla.

Snoop Dogg takes time out of his busy schedule of getting arrested for juvenile things to give back to the community at the youth empowerment workshop. Let’s just hope ‘the empowerment’ he is preaching ain’t about sneaking concealed weapons on commercial airline flights. Snoop Dogg (Clavin Broadus) may be facing charges after authorities discovered a 21-inch collapsible baton in his bags as he boarded a New York-bound flight yesterday. Snoop said the baton was a prop for a movie that he is working on. I think we all know that is a total fabrication. The real use of that baton is to smack his bitches with when they get out of line. Gotta keep your pimp hand strong.
