Sara Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are splitting up and she is moving out! We’ve been hearing break-up rumors about this New York couple for some time, but this time it looks like it’s for real.

Sources report that SJP has been house hunting after she finally realized you just really can’t be in a happy relationship with a gay man. That has to be it right? I can’t be the only person who thinks Matty is gay.

“The time has come when she realizes it just isn’t worth it,” a friend of the couple tells Star. “Sarah Jessica is determined to get her own place and bring down the curtain on her marriage.”

Adds another insider: “Sarah’s not stupid. She knows exactly what’s going on. For a while it was easier for her to stay than go through a harsh divorce. They’re essentially living separate lives.”

Most people believe that Sara has only been holding on for the sake of thier kid, and friends say she somehow mananged to make things look normal through the holiday’s but now she is just over it.

Kim Cattrall got everyone all excited Tuesday when she announced on British television show that a sequel to blockbuster movie Sex and the City is definite. Kim told Melanie Brown on the The Paul O’Grady Show that she and the girls will be heading back to New York to begin filming next summer.

But today Sara Jessica Parker has warned fans not to get their hopes up just yet – as the production has not yet been given the green light. She says, “I’m thrilled to know Kim is excited but all the deals are not yet done. We wanted to (do it) the first time, and now we’re hopefully doing it again for the second time.”

SJP must be holding out for more money before she committs to the movie. Geez…just do the movie. No one wants to hear about your salary wars again ladies.
