It seems a bit shady to me, but in Hollywood you never let a good party invite go to waste. Just days after her mother was rushed to the hospital for inhaling or smoking something (We don’t know for sure because the had the 911 call edited! Who does that? Who has the power to do that? ) Rumor Willis attended a SAG after party with her mothers invitation.

People magazine said Rumer Willis and Glenn Close’s daughter, Annie Starke, “seemed particularly interested in checking out Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, making their way to the couple’s area and watching as they were escorted out of the party,” after which the actress dropped by celebrity hotspot the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood.

Funny that Rumor and Annie Starke are star-stuck by Brad and Angie.

Although to be fair…Rumor is a grown woman and probably doesn’t live at home any more. She’s coming into her own in Hollywood and this was a party. But still. I live my life by the simple rule that I will never been in a room that has a stripper pole with my kid. Ever. So far it’s working out pretty good.

Demi Moore gave daughter Rumer Willis a pole-dancing lesson at a party at the Chateau Marmont hotel in Hollywood. A partygoer told Life & Style that the “Striptease” star “even spun around the pole upside down.” Then Rumer gave it a whirl as Ashton Kutcher, Jennifer Aniston and Leonardo DiCaprio cheered her on at the recent bash. “Everyone was cheering, and Leo gave Ashton a high-five,” the source added.

Rumor Willis sure isn’t using mommy and daddy’s connections to get good jobs in Hollywood. After announcing that she would be pursuing an acting career full time just over a year ago, so far all she’s managed to do is The House Bunny, that Golden Globes thing and one guest starring role on Medium.

I thought when I first read that she had landed a role on the new “90210″ that she was finally  getting somewhere…but then I read the summary of her new gig….one epi as the cute-punky-high-school-lesbian.

Hall says the 20-year-old daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore will guest-star in one episode as “a punky, cute lesbian who isn’t afraid to speak her mind.” Willis’ character, named Gia, will work at the school paper.

Her episode airs Sept. 15, a week after the teen drama’s second-season premiere.

I never get over how incredible it is that the whole Demi Moore – Ashton – Bruce Willis – dynamic works. In a recent interview Rumor Willis comes across as a much cooler chick that I previously thought she was. In addition to some interesting details about how her mother introduced her to her now stepfather, Rumor talks about how she has not had a typical celebrity offspring childhood and how she actually had a sales girl job at Marc Jacobs at one time while she was waiting on her acting career to take off.

“When Ashton came into our lives, he was just an extension of our family. He’s like a friend as well as a stepdad. We talk about everything – auditions, boyfriends, family. He understands more than my parents sometimes because he’s closer to my age.”

“Ash was a heart-throb to me. I had pictures of him on my wall at boarding school and I remember my mom saying that her new “friend” Ashton was going to come and hang out with us. And I said, “Whoa, wait -Ashton Kutcher?” and I kind of freaked out a little bit. I definitely  blushed. But I got over any strangeness because I’d never seen my mom happier. It was like watching two 16-year-olds who were going to the prom together and were totally in love.”

Although the article shows Rumor in a good light, I still find it hard to believe that any teenage girl would react that graciously in that situation. GO HERE if you wanna read a bit more about grown up little Rumor is these days.

Rumer Willis is serious about acting. So serious that she’s joined the Hollywood Skeleton Brigade. You know it’s a law in L.A. that you can’t weigh over a buck o’5 if you want to be an A-List actress.

Rumer showcased her new thin body and a new motivational tattoo at the Teen Vogue party this week. She had the phrase “Be Present” inked down her side and then she spent two weeks finding a dress cut right so everyone could see it. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe that would make her a poser.
