Rumor Willis sure isn’t using mommy and daddy’s connections to get good jobs in Hollywood. After announcing that she would be pursuing an acting career full time just over a year ago, so far all she’s managed to do is The House Bunny, that Golden Globes thing and one guest starring role on Medium.

I thought when I first read that she had landed a role on the new “90210″ that she was finally  getting somewhere…but then I read the summary of her new gig….one epi as the cute-punky-high-school-lesbian.

Hall says the 20-year-old daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore will guest-star in one episode as “a punky, cute lesbian who isn’t afraid to speak her mind.” Willis’ character, named Gia, will work at the school paper.

Her episode airs Sept. 15, a week after the teen drama’s second-season premiere.

I never get over how incredible it is that the whole Demi Moore – Ashton – Bruce Willis – dynamic works. In a recent interview Rumor Willis comes across as a much cooler chick that I previously thought she was. In addition to some interesting details about how her mother introduced her to her now stepfather, Rumor talks about how she has not had a typical celebrity offspring childhood and how she actually had a sales girl job at Marc Jacobs at one time while she was waiting on her acting career to take off.

“When Ashton came into our lives, he was just an extension of our family. He’s like a friend as well as a stepdad. We talk about everything – auditions, boyfriends, family. He understands more than my parents sometimes because he’s closer to my age.”

“Ash was a heart-throb to me. I had pictures of him on my wall at boarding school and I remember my mom saying that her new “friend” Ashton was going to come and hang out with us. And I said, “Whoa, wait -Ashton Kutcher?” and I kind of freaked out a little bit. I definitely  blushed. But I got over any strangeness because I’d never seen my mom happier. It was like watching two 16-year-olds who were going to the prom together and were totally in love.”

Although the article shows Rumor in a good light, I still find it hard to believe that any teenage girl would react that graciously in that situation. GO HERE if you wanna read a bit more about grown up little Rumor is these days.

Rumer Willis is serious about acting. So serious that she’s joined the Hollywood Skeleton Brigade. You know it’s a law in L.A. that you can’t weigh over a buck o’5 if you want to be an A-List actress.

Rumer showcased her new thin body and a new motivational tattoo at the Teen Vogue party this week. She had the phrase “Be Present” inked down her side and then she spent two weeks finding a dress cut right so everyone could see it. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe that would make her a poser.

Rumor Willis says that filming her unconventional family would make the best reality television show ever. Rumor shares a home with her two sisters, her MILFy mother Demi Moore and step-dad Ashton Kutcher. With a lot of real-dad Bruce Willis peppered in for good measure.

Rumor says they are all close and have a happy, normal family life behind closed doors. You know, I’ve never understood why Demi kept her kids holed-up in Idaho to shield them from the L.A. crazy….just until they were old enough to really get into trouble. I think I would’ve kept my kids in potato country until well into their 30’s. I have heard tell that living in Idaho to raise her kids was just a red herring. Some say the real reason Demi stayed away from Hollywood all those years was so she could re-build and go bionic with all that $250,000 worth of plastic surgery she had done to make her big comeback.

Rumer tells the upcoming edition of PageSix magazine, “We all have so much fun together. I’m so lucky. My dad and Ashton get along – it’s not weird. There’s no jealousy or drama. If we weren’t all entirely morally opposed to doing a reality show, I guarantee it would be the best-selling reality show ever.”

Oh the horror!!! 19 year old Rumer Willis did the walk of shame out of trendy hotspot Villa Monday night after being kicked out for being underage.

It’s about freakin time the powers that be in these clubs started taking some responsibilty and sending these kids packing. Maybe if someone had sent Lindsay Lohan home a few years she wouldn’t be the hot mess she is today.

We are done with the soapbox now…anyone else wanna use it?

This one sounds like it might go straight to dvd. Starring Anna Farris, Katherine McPhee and Rumer Willis the movie is about a Playboy bunny that gets tossed out of the mansion and takes up with sorority girls who are about to lose their house.  Lots of near nudity and zaniness ensue as the girls learn some sort of life lesson or something.

Rumer Willis has unofficially announced her intention to make a career in Hollywood by accepting the 2008 Miss Golden Globes gig. Just in case you can’t figure out what this plum job is, Miss Golden Globe is the trophy hander-outer each year at the awards show. Traditionally Miss GG is the daughter of a celebrity and this year the celebuspawn of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore was chosen for the honor.

Rumer has been making the scene around Hollywood for a few years now and has had a few bit parts in her parents movies, but this milestone in Rumer’s progress stands as an official admission of ambition.  Past Miss GG’s have included Melanie Griffith in 1975 (daughter of Tippi Hedren); Laura Dern in 1982 (daughter of Bruce Dern and Diane Ladd); and Joely Fisher in 1992 (daughter of Connie Stevens and Eddie Fisher).

Rumer can next be seen in the comedy I Know What Boys Like about a Playboy bunny who gets kicked out of the Mansion and joins a sorority.

Does anyone have any idea what Rumer Willis Halloween costume is supposed to be? And why in the world would she wear such a thing to a children’s fundraiser?  We guess in comparision to Paris Hilton’s booty flashing and boob smushing outfits, this one is pretty tame.
