Former Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Rachel Hunter was shocked when Slimfast contacted her to be their new spokeswoman. At 5’10” and 147 pounds, just ten pounds heavier than her peak modeling size, Rachel isn’t exactly most folks idea of an after picture. (Think Kirstie Alley) Rachel says she decided to take on this new challenge when the company explained that they weren’t looking for a Kirstie Alley type loss, but a motivator for women looking to drop 5-20 lbs.

But unlike most of us that want to lose that last 5 pounds, Rachel’s motivation is a bikini photo shoot in September for her swimsuit line Lola.
