At least according to The Sun. The British tab claims the pair have fallen in love while filming the Woody Allen film in the City of Lights.

“After one scene at a flea market in Saint-Ouen outside Paris, Owen was playing with her hair and being really affectionate. Even for a pair of luvvies, it was very flirtatious. The gossip on set is that they are an item off screen,”

Ok..I know they make a cute couple and they would make gorgeous babies…but Rachel doesn’t seem the type to fall into Owen’s co-dependent world. And as far as Owen goes..hopefully he won’t go there again after the whole Kate Hudson/suicide attempt thing.

But they do look pretty together don’t they? She could be Mrs. Butterscotch Stallion.

“He was friendly,” an insider tells the mag. “Owen spent 20 minutes in the Green House Smoke Shop browsing the pipes and bongs. He bought one of the biggest bongs and spent almost $300 on it.”

Owen seemed concerned about not being spotted. “He was worried that someone might have seen him coming out,” the insider says. “He hid behind a FedEx truck for 30 seconds before darting to his car!”

Good for Owen. Better a happy pothead hangin’ with Woody Harrelson and soaking up the sun than strung, depressed or dead.

Owen and close friend Woody Harrelson do some male bonding in the Peruvian jungle meditating and apparently swimming in their skivvies. Uber-hippie Woody has been by his friends side constantly since he tried to off himself in August. Looks like Woody’s earthy ways are good for the Butterscotch Stallion, Owen looks happy and rested in these pictures. Maybe shunning the materialistic lifestyle really is good for the soul.

The boys stayed in a teepee at the Hanaq Pacha Retreat Center, in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Woody sponsers this vegan, back-to-basics resort that also acts as a yoga and spiritual retreat. The cost to stay at Hanaq is only $75 a day and showcases furnishings created by local artisans and the children from a local orphanage, that Woody also supports.

Owen has been quiet on what really happened the night he tried to kill himself and we don’t know for sure if he intends to man-up and tell us the truth; Kate Hudson drove him to suicide. Well, that’s what we hear anyway.
