Incredibly Shrinking Celebrities: March 2008 Edition

It’s that time of year again. Four to six times a year the tabloids do the “She’s lost too much weight” story and here is the girls who topped this Spring’s list.

Lindsay Price from Lipstick Jungle: The 5′7″ actress weighed about 135 lbs in August 2005 and now is much thinner due to bootcamp style workouts and eating healthier.

Nicky Hilton: The 5′7″ socialite and designer weighed abot 130 lbs in December 2005 / Estimated weight now is about 110 lbs. Nicky and her peeps deny all reports of an eating disorder.

Catherine Zeta-Jones: The 5′8″ actress weighed approximately 138 lbs in September 2006 / Current estimated weight around 120 lbs.

Nicky Hilton Talks About Her Weight Loss

Nicky Hilton debuted her latest fashion line Tuesday night at Mercedes-Benz L.A. Fashion Week. While the focus should have been on Nicky’s new designs, what people were really talking about was the frail frame of the once perfect sized Hilton sister. Of course Nicky denies any that she has an eating disorder or body image problems, we expected that. But we didn’t expect her to deny the weight loss completely. Does she thin we can’t see her stick thin legs under her cute little Nikolai dress?

“There’s no truth to any starvation, eating disorders, rumors. I think the press has been printing a lot of pictures of me from unflattering angles. My friends see the pictures and they’re like ‘Oh my god are you okay?’ And then they see me, and they’re like ‘Oh … ‘ It’s really not that interesting or true.”

Now that Nicole Richie is all grown up and a mama, and Mary-Kate Olsen seems to be holding it together; Nicky Hilton has stepped up to the plate to play the ‘how skinny can you get before you die‘ game.

Compare these pictures of Nicky shopping over the weekend to this picture of her last summer. Come on Nicky, that skeletal look is so over. Even Kate Bosworth has put on a few pounds.

As if we all weren’t feeling bad enough about eating ourselves into stupor the past week, here are some pictures of a super slim Nicky Hilton showing no signs of holiday bloat. One would wonder where attention-whore Paris was all week while sister Nicky was catching the Hawaiian rays. We normally see way too much of Paris when she is near a beach and there are photographers around.

Paris Hilton still smiling while on vacation with her family in Hawaii before she found out about grandpa Hilton giving away her inheritance to charity. Do these two look incredibly silly and overdressed for a day on the beach at a family resort, or is it just us? And who wears ballet flats on the beach?

Nicky Hilton celebrated the holiday on the beach of Maui while on the annual Hilton family Hawaiian trip. These pictures were taken just days before the Hilton’s family found out that the family patriarch has decided to leave the majority of his estate to charity and not to his spoiled children and grandchildren. Barron Hilton announced plans on Wednesday to donate 97 percent of his $2.3 billion fortune to the less fortunate.
