“What the majority of [people] want to know is what I’m doing with my vagina, and I think that that’s sick,” she says over the phone from New Zealand, where she’s shooting the new James Cameron film Avatar. “What do you care who I’m dating? I can tell when somebody just wants to know about sex. And it makes me sick.”

Former LOST star and current Hollywood bad-ass, Michelle Rodriguez checked into jail in Lynwood, California on Sunday to begin paying her debt to society, again.

Michelle was sentenced to 180 days for violating her probation for a DUI after admitting that she drank three times while she was wearing her alcohol monitoring anklet. Maybe she didn’t understand the anklet instructions?

Lost star Michelle Rodriguez was sentenced Wednesday to six months in jail for violating probation in a DUI case.  Michelle allegedly turned in a false document showing that she completed one day of community service on September 25, but she was really in New York. The judge also ruled that the actress is not to be granted early release like recent celebrities despite the serious jail overcrowding in L.A. Along with ordering her to complete 30 days of road clean-up duty, Michelle must report to a LA County jail by December 24. Feliz Navidad Michelle!

Wow. She really pissed off that judge. Reporting to jail on Christmas Eve is rough.
