Eddie Murphy To Sue Melanie Brown

Eddie Murphy wants Melanie Brown to stop telling people what an a**hole he is. Eddie is threatening legal action against his former girlfriend accusing her of extortion and defamation. Eddie’s legal team have issued a cease and desist against Mel B in an effort to get her to stop using his name during interviews. Can he really do that? Eddie says Mel has made “disseminating, disparaging negative and defamatory statements” and making “unreasonable extortionate demands” regarding the care and child support of their daughter Angel Iris.

We think Ed is just pissed that Melanie has demanded that he buy her a $9 million home in Malibu and allow her to live in with their child for the next 18 years. And she will probably get it.

Spice Girl Melanie Brown has got it going on. A new baby, a bitter paternity battle, an huge Spice Girls reunion show, a new job on Dancin’ With the Stars and she still finds time to sneak off and get marrried. Mel married her boyfriend, music producer Stephen Belafonte in Las Vegas on June 6th with no big whoopla.

Apparently the couple have known each other for years and were good friends first. Friends say that they are now deeply in love and very happy together with Eddie Murphy’s money.

Eddie Murphy Steps Up and Pays Melanie Brown Child Support

After months of baby momma drama, Eddie Murphy says that he has finally stepped up to the plate and Melanie Brown child support. In a statement released by his rep Eddie claims that he “acknowledges paternity of the child Angel, and has paid child support to Ms. Brown as well as covering the expenses of her pregnancy.”

Is he kidding with this lame ass statement? Someone please give him a cookie for doing the right thing nearly one year after he should have. In any case, little Angel must have garnered some mad cash, check out her mum celebrating over the weekend.
