Great casting or what? You may or may not know about my huge crush on Matt Damon….when he is playing a badass secret ops dude or something. I’m interested to see if I still the feel the same after I see him showing a more feminine side.

Let me preface this by say I love me some Matt Damon. I really do. But he is 0 and 2 in picking the right politician to champion. He’s already come forward as saying he is disappointed at how President Obama has handled the education policy and now today Page Six reports he was supporting Weiner-man.

Oh, also…he and Ed Norton will be filming Rounders 2!

Matt Damon was spotted meeting with Harvey Weinstein and “Ocean’s 13″ screenwriters Brian Koppelman and David Levien at Cipriani Downtown, to start a script on their poker movie, “Rounders 2.” Edward Norton will join the sequel, sources say. In “Rounders,” Damon played a law student dragged back into gambling by an ex-con pal. The 1998 movie was a box-office dud but became a DVD hit. Meanwhile, Damon’s rep said after repeated calls about his postponed Anthony Weiner fund-raiser, “He’s traveling, and I can’t reach him.”

I’ve had a huge crush on Matt Damon since the first Borne movie…and he just keeps getting more adorable the older he gets. Especially when he’s  got his goody two-shoes on like in this new AOL video.

Matt did this funny video to benefit Water.org (a group dedicated to getting clean water to people all over the world). Matt shares some of his worst Christmas gifts including a stuffed animal that does seem a strange gift for a 40 year old man.

Are you a John Wayne fan? No? me either.

But this remake of the classic Western directed by the kooky Coen Brothers and starring Jeff Bridgse, Matt Damon and Josh Brolin looks pretty decent.

I love this story. I have a teensy little crush on Matt Damon anyway…so this story really gives me the warm fuzzies. I just knew he was a good daddy.

Matt Damon and his wife Luciana have successfully shielded their kids from the limelight for so long that the kids have no idea how famous daddy is.

He says, “The 11 year old obviously knows. She hasn’t seen all the movies but has seen enough to know that’s what I do. The little ones don’t have any idea – we’re trying to keep it that way. It’s more and more possible now with the prevalence of video cameras and technology, iPhones and BlackBerrys. Kids are used to seeing their own images on screens. So when they see me on a screen, it kind of makes sense for them: ‘Yeah, he’s on that TV and I’m on this laptop.’”
