It’s always so funny to me see personal candid pictures of the L.A. “It Crowd”. They’d like you to think they lead elite, glamorous lives but in reality they seem to live and party like slobby college kids.

In these party candids that our friends at Oh No They Didn’t so brillianty found and posted it would appear that Mary-Kate Olsen forced all her friends to chain smoke and wear flannel shirts to her party. Even the normally fashionable Nicole Richie is rockin the flannel, which leads me to believe that this must be a surprise party for MK and the flannel theme was pre-planned. I hope so anyway. SOOO not ready for the grunge look to come back around yet.

And wouldn’t you just love to know what kind of candy came out of that pinata?

We never really get alot of insight into Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s private lives, but today MSNBC reported something pretty interesting, or not, depends on how bored you are at work today.

“Every time they pose and smile, they say the word ‘prune,’”

Why prune? Possibly because that’s all Mary-Kate has eaten in the past few years? Maybe the twins should adopt a new smile word, something that wouldn’t make them look like a crazy old bat lady.

Nearly five months after the sad death of Heath Ledger, Mary-Kate Olsen still refuses to say a single word about being the first one called after her friend died.

“I’m not going to comment on that,” Olsen, who turns 22 on June 13, tells Elle in its July issue. “I won’t give you a word about that in the nicest way possible. Let’s move on.”

She then goes on to ramble about not wanting to be a celebrity and be stalked by paparazzi. Whaa..whaa..whaa….cry me a freakin’ river.

Mary-Kate Olsen must be getting high! She has access to the most beautiful clothing in the entire world and she choose this monstrosity to wear to the New Yorkers for Children event this week. Seriously, it looks like something out of an overweight flapper’s closet.

This outfit makes us scared for the children. I hope girlfriend came off the hip and donated a boatload of money to the charity. She needs to do something good to offset all the bad energy she created with this lovely caftan. At least it’s a good laugh for a Friday morning, eh?

PETA Follows Mary-Kate Olsen To Sundance

PETA is on a mission to catch their Public Enemy Number One, Mary-Kate Olsen. Right now, tons of activists are camped out in Park City, Utah waiting outside of a local fur gallery to pounce on celebrity fur-wearers like The Olsen twins and Sharon Stone.

We wonder if the common folk of Park City, who live through the 10 degree winters in fur coats, will get the same treatment as these high-profile celebs. We here there are tons of people walking around in fur and PETA hasn’t even looked their way.
