You think Lindsay Lohan would just go home and let some other celebrity embarrass themselves for a while. But no. I’m not sure what she was thinking trying to get an audience with Leonardo DiCaprio at his J.Edgar party. Leo is viciously private and does not suffer fools. He barely let himself be seen with Blake Lively while he was hooking up with her and she is semi-respectable.

America’s favorite shame machine, Lindsay Lohan, has embarrassed herself yet again! This time, right after finishing her shoot forPlayboy, she showed up at a party being held for the movie J. Edgar at the Roosevelt Hotel. The only problem? She wasn’t invited. Look away now if you don’t like to watch people throw their dignity in the trash, because a source said she really went all out to get in to the bash: “Lindsay was arguing with the security to let her in, dropping every celebrity’s name to get in. She could be heard saying, ‘I have to go and see Leo.’” Amazingly she did manage to talk her way in, but the disgrace didn’t stop there. “[S]he made everybody uncomfortable. She was aggressive and random, storming around. She tried to get to Leo, but he was surrounded by his security and a posse of his friends.” Ouch!

Are the jails that overcrowded that they can’t squeeze in a 110 pound actress? Seriously..while we slept last night Lindsay Lohan “checked in” to jail and checked right back out. Some guess she may have spent 4 actual hours in a jail cell, but I wonder if they even went that far. She probably just holed up with her cell in some back office until the paperwork was done.

Once again, Lindsay Lohan has the last laugh.

The actress was released early from an overcrowded jail Monday morning after serving just over four hours starting at 9 Sunday night, the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department confirms.

“All I can tell you is that she was already released,” L.A. Sheriff’s Deputy Tony Moore told PEOPLE early Monday morning.

A sheriff’s spokesman previously explained that Lohan could be sprung early due to a federal mandate to ease the overpopulated jail. Nonviolent offenders are routinely sent home early after serving only a fraction of their sentences.

Lohan, 25, had checked herself into the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif., after she was sentenced to 30 days in jail last week after admitting she violated probation in her DUI and necklace-theft cases.

She must now walk an extremely thin tightrope, working an additional 53 days of janitorial duty at the L.A. morgue and attending 18 more psychotherapy sessions, all by the end of March.

If she slips up, she could face an additional 270-day jail sentence, although she could be released early for overcrowding in that scenario as well.

I know ya’ll as over Lindsay Lohan’s on again/off again jail sentences. She was in court again yesterday and ordered to 30 days in jail starting next week.

However, the sheriff’s department says that she will likely only serve one day of that sentence due to massive overcrowding.

Oh, and on an interesting note..the judge did tell Lilo to stop tweeting about her work at the morgue! I can’t be the only one that finds that funny.

I’m not say doing nude in Playboy is bad…lots of women do it…they take control of their sexuality and do it their way. Better than a sex tape if you ask me. But most ‘real’ actresses who are not big heaping piles of hot mess would never even step foot in the Playboy mansion much less get naked for a measly million dollars.

Seriously, if Lindsay Lohan had made good decisions she might be raking in Anne Hathaway cash by now and have the respect of the industry instead of now being a reality show laughing stock. Because let’s face it. She is nothing more than a C-lister we love to watch fail now.

The only smart thing about any of this it that Lindsay wisely held out for the mil and didn’t accept the first offer of $750,000.

Lindsay Lohan was big news yesterday as the judge she’s been dealing with smacked her with a probation violation and she was tearfully led away in handcuffs. Then her daddy went on tv and told the world that she’s a crack head. I mean, we already knew of course but now we have solid confirmation. **Laughing at myself for calling Michael Lohan a solid source. Sometimes I crack myself up.

The actress was photographed on October 12 with badly stained and decayed looking teeth which Michael now claims are the result of smoking either methamphetamine or crack cocaine.’That’s from smoking a pipe with meth or crack,’ he told Jane Velez-Mitchell on her HLN show Issues on Wednesday afternoon.

‘She’s smoking either crack or meth, one or the other. I’m not going to shade it. If you’re talking about prescription medication it would affect all your teeth, not just your two front teeth,’ Michael said about his daughter’s dental issues.’You can’t dance with the devil and expect to go home with Jesus.’
