This story just skeeves me out.

I mean, how sick, gross and nasty is it to see two known alleged drug addicts in a bathroom together at a house party? I don’t think I need to go into much detail about what was obviously going on.

X17online has pictures and video of Lindsay Lohan in a bathroom with greasy bear Brandon Davis (and some other presumably gross dude) at a house party in L.A. over the weekend.

Obviously Lindsay has gotten over this:

Lindsay Lohan obviously doesn’t realize that the value of her celebrity has dwindled down lower than the value of the U.S. dollar.Back in the day bars and clubs wouldn’t dream of asking Lilo to pay for a bottle of champagne…but now..not so much. On November 6 Linds was partying at the Crown Bar in L.A. and according to onlookers she pretty much tried to steal two bottles of very expensive booze.

“Lindsay stormed into the kitchen and grabbed two bottles of really expensive champagne. She finished both bottles with a friend. When the bartender gave her a bill, she had a meltdown,” says the source. “She was yelling at him and screaming profanities at everyone. The bar insisted she pay, so she had to call a friend with her credit-card information.”

Before the actress left the club around 2:30 a.m., the onlooker says, “She was crying and wanted to go home. She kept saying ‘I don’t pay for drinks! This is ridiculous! I’m freaking out!’ “

This isn’t the first time Lindsay’s been accused of taking things that don’t belong to her.

Let’s review: $40,000 worth of Dior baubles went missing from Lindsay’s U.K. Elle cover shoot; In May 2007, Lohan avoided felony grand theft charges when their wasn’t enough evidence to prove a woman’s claim that Lilo had stole her clothing. She has also been accused of stealing a formula for her nasty spray tan, a vintage mink coat from a coatroom at a club and she even rips off Marilyn Monroe every chance she gets.

What goes around comes around, this is the reason that Lindsay was a victim of the Hollywood teenage bandits. Karma is a bitch.

Michael Lohan has publicly  claimed that he will not stop releasing tape recorded conversations with his family until the personal information overload forces his daughter into rehab. His latest release includes a real bombshell…a recorded convo between him and Dina Lohan that confirms Lindsay was involved with Heath Ledger at the time of his death.

In a shocking revelation, Dina Lohan drops the bombshell that her daughter Lindsay was secretly dating Heath Ledger when he died and his death devastated her. In the explosive recorded audio tape of a phone conversation between Dina and Michael Lohan, Dina says that Ledger and Lindsay had been dating at the time of his tragic death in January of 2008.

“And she was dating Heath when he died,” Dina reveals to Michael. “I don’t know if you know that, but I know cause I would drop her off and they were friends very, very close, ok?”

Dina told Michael about the relationship because she was afraid for Lindsay’s life too: “Because when she’s drunk or takes an Adderall with it she will do something like Heath Ledger did in a second without thinking.”

She said that the actor’s death was a terrible shock to Lindsay. “That f—-d her up,” Dina says.

In the 2008 call, Dina discusses how desperate the situation was for her daughter. “She cannot be alone,” Dina tells Michael. “When she sleeps here she sleeps with me… she has fears from being little and what you did to us.”

Lindsay’s mother was also worried about her relationship with Samantha Ronson, telling Michael that she thought Lindsay should walk away but it wasn’t that easy of a decision for her daughter. “It’s very easy for a rational person to say. But for an irrational person who has a problem with her DNA and alcohol and Adderall and asthma and every other things she’s got wrong with her.”

The War of the Lohan’s continues on. In today’s installment Michael Lohan released more very personal tapes of his daughter crying on his shoulder. This time we hear Dina speaking to Michael on a tape recorded in 2008. She claims that when she tried to get Lindsay into rehab, LL punched her in the face. Well at least we know she was trying …a year ago.

Lindsay’s response to her dad’s (most recent) betrayal? She took to twitter.

Michael Lohan is still on his holy quest to save his daughter from whatever demon or drug has its hooks in her. And he is playing dirty now. Yesterday Daddy Lohan released a voicemail he saved from a crying and distraught Lindsay to prove to everyone how miserable and in need of help his little girl is. The only problem is, most of us believe this voicemail was recorded years ago, as 1) she calls her mother ‘mommy’ and 2) she hasn’t been no speaking terms with her father for a long time.

“Mommy says that I’m worse than you were,” Lindsay sobs to her dad. “And she’s defending…She doesn’t back me and she doesn’t stand by me. Why? Why? No one cares about me. They don’t, by the way. No one cares that much. It’s never about that. It’s about how they feel, not how I feel. It’s not about me. It’s never been about me, unless I fight for it.”

Lilo responded to this voicemail by once again slamming her father on twitter.

My fathers such a loser & those recordings are from years ago. To release personal things is foul enough, but to edit them. I used to think That he needed the book for dummies on learning how to be a father. Haha-he’s needs the book for dummies on HOW TO BE A MAN.

Dina Lohan is terrified her ex-husband is going to send her meal ticket to rehab, Lindsay Lohan is terried of going to rehab…so instead of changing their dysfunctional lifestyles they have decided to pay off the guy that could ruin it all.

Sources report that Dina and Lindsay are going to offer Michael seven figures if he agrees to shut his mouth and go away. Ix-nay on the interventions and rehab and stop talking to the press…and crying on tv.

In an open letter published in In Touch Magazine earlier this month: the born-again Michael Lohan wrote: “I have held your vacant body in my arms, felt the tears fall down your face, and I tried every way to make you see what is happening to you….I have helped so many others ’successfully,’ Linds, please, Honey, let me help you. Let me help you get your life back so that you can build it to where you once were.”

How did she come up with this one? Is she implying that in some way it’s someone elses fault that her career sucks and her “star is not twinkling”?

Lindsay’s new ink on her left inner arm reads, “Stars, all we ask for is our right to twinkle“.

It’s just about as cheesy at Megan Fox’s Marilyn Monroe tat. One more thing she is going to regret if and when she finally gets sober.

Lindsay Lohan was at the Rock the Kasbah event Monday night and told reporters she’s booked for a humanitarian mission in India next month before Thanksgiving. Which is perfect timing really, because she doesn’t eat anyway.

And “good job” to whatever publicist/agent/hanger on who suggested that Lilo pull an Angelina to try to salvage her damaged reputation. This plan doesn’t have a snowball’s chance of working and wreaks of desperation, but way to try every trick in the book to save this chick.

“I’m going to India. Actually before Thanksgiving hopefully,” Lohan said at the Rock the Kasbah event in Los Angeles on Monday night. Though her mother Dina is nervous about the international jaunt, Lohan is set on going: “I think it’s important to have a voice when you have one.” She also revealed that she will be part of a BBC documentary about child trafficking in India.
