Lenny Kravitz never stops reinventing himself. In addition to a new album coming out soon titled Black and White America….he’ll be showing his acting chops as an actor in a HUGE role in the soon to be HUGE movie franchise The Hunger Games.

Lenny will play Cinna, who is the main character Katniss’s stylist. He is a trusted and crucial ally and resource for Katniss.

Cinna also becomes a trusted friend for Katniss before entering the arena. His efforts play a major role in securing sponsors for Katniss which increases ones odds and provides assistance throughout the tournament.

If it were up to me…I’d either style Cinna like this……

He’s been MIA from the media spotlight for so long now I had to do a double take when I saw these pictures of him looking bad ass in New York this week. What other man can pull off knee-high black leather wedge boots and a flowy black tunic at the same time. No one I tell you! No one!

Yes ladies, and gentlemen, Lenny Kravitz is still a super sexy black man. I haven’t seen a picture of Len in a quite a while, I had sort of written him off my radar when he had that long straight James Brown hair thing goign on.

Lenny brought the sexy back at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show after party this weekend in Miami. Agree?

This Madonna/Rodriguez/Kravitz thing is crazy! It’s like a big celebrity orgy out there. If you haven’t been reading the tabs this week let me fill you in quickly. Madonna was meeting NY Yankees player Alex  Rodriguez at her NY apt very late at night while ARod’s wife Cynthia was supposedly off in Paris shacked up with Lenny Kravitz! All the while Guy Ritchie was on a plane flying to NY to get his wife back.

That’s what we thought was happening anyway. Just days after these reports surfaced, Guy and Madge were seen out and about holding hands and pretending nothing was wrong. Then today Lenny came out with his denial statement.

“There is absolutely no affair between Cynthia Rodriguez and myself,” he tells Usmagazine.com in a statement. “This is unequivocally 100% not true. Cynthia is a friend and is here with the godfather of her baby, who is also Alex’s trainer, his wife and their baby girl. She came here to escape from everything happening in New York City. I opened my home to her as a friend and I find it extremely hurtful that I am now being referred to as an adulterer.”

I love ya Lenny, but’s its awfuly fishy that Mrs. Rod ended up at your house….in FRANCE. She doesn’t have other friends..say in the US?

How cool is it to have this guy as your dad? Lenny Kravitz and his daughter with Lisa Bonet, Zoe, host the DKNY Jeans and 401 Projects this past weekend. Look and Lenny all cleaned up and looking every inch the proper dad. A very very very very hot dad.
