After months of dealing with Howard K. Stern and mountains of legal BS, Larry Birkhead has finally got his daughter out of the Bahamas and home safely to Kentucky.

Larry and Dannielynn arrived in Kentucky on Tuesday so the newly legal daddy could show off his daughter with Anna Nicole Smith to his family.

Although Kentucky will most likely not be father and daughter’s permanent home, Birkhead said he plans to ‘relax and horse around’ after months of complicated court cases. Larry also said that Kentucky is just a ‘pit stop’, but no word on whether or not they might visit old Grandma Virgie.

Now all thats left for Larry to do is get that fake daddy name off the birth certificate and change Dannielynn’s last name from Stern to Birkhead.

It’s all  finally going down  Tuesday in the Bahamas.  By the time you read this all the players will most likely be on plane or already there to hear the official word on who is Dannielynn’s daddy. Dr. Michael Barid, the DNA expert from Ohio, Larry Birkhead, Howard Stern and of course Anna’s mama Virgie will be in court bright and early Tuesday morning. Howard Stern says he will file no objections or contest custody of Dannielynn if Larry turns out to be the baby’s father. So the only kink in the chain that could come at this point would be from crazy old Virgie.

Every time I think the worst is over… more ridiculous crap comes from the Anna Nicole Smith camp. This time its a rumor that Anna Nicole and new hubby, Howard Stern have sold their ‘wedding’ photos to People magazine for $1 Million dollars. This is in addition to the money she already collected for the very last pictures ever taken of her dead son. Disgusting. But hey, if the people wanna see a post baby, grieving for the loss of her son, pink bikini clad Anna Nicole, who am I to judge?
This nonsense would be enough to think that things aren’t right in Anna Land, but add this to the fact that Anna’s ex-boyfriend, photographer Larry Birkhead, says he is the father of her baby girl, not Howard Stern, and has filed a lawsuit demanding that she and the baby return to California for DNA testing. He also wants the baby tested for drugs. FINALLY, someone involved in this mess with some sense. I’m not saying Anna is still on drugs, but if it walks like a duck and wears a pink bikini like a duck…..
