Kelly Ripa is taking a break from hosting Live With Kelly..and cursing Regis for leaving her to deal with the celebrity nonsense all on her own…in Hawaii.

She looks amazing of course….and there’s some tips and info about how she stays in such great shape HERE. But here’s the jist of it:

Kelly – who has been spending time with friends and her husband Mark Consuelos in the American state – recently told the US edition of Good Housekeeping about her love of being active and how she keeps in such amazing shape.

Kelly says that she doesn’t just exercise to look good but also does it to ‘quiet’ her mind.

‘I work out every day. It’s part of my life,’ Ripa says in the March issue. ‘That’s one of the benefits of having kids in school full-time.’

It’s been rumored that Kelly Ripa chain smokes and drinks wine every day after taping Live With Regis and Kelly, but we think these photos of her fresh clean face show no signs of that nonsense. We will not deny that fresh face looks like it may have had a brow lift but that’s another topic.

Poor little Clay Aiken is caught in the middle of talk show host bitchfight. It all started on The View when Rosie O’Donnell accused Kelly Ripa on of making a homophobic remark about her recent guest host, Clay Aiken. Rosie was referring to an incident in which Clay playfully put his hand over Kelly’s mouth and she responded, “I don’t know where that hand had been.” Rosie in all her gay/lesbian brilliance is positive that Kelly would’ve never said that if her co-host had been straight. Kelly was so pissed that she called into the show and fired back that Rosie’s comments were outrageous and irresponsible. Kelly said she made the remark because Clay had been shaking hands with the audience and it’s cold and flu season. Meanwhile, Clay Aiken is wishes these two biatches would quit trying to out him on national tv.
