Kelly Osbourne is clean and sober now and seriously regretted all the ink she got when she was loaded. After several stints in rehab she says she feels like the tattoos are just permanent reminders of bad times in her life.

In an interview for Access Hollywood, she says, “Don’t get tattoos, please, because you hate them when you get older. I hate them.”

And there’s a tattooed keyboard on her forearm, which she really can’t stand: “I can’t play the piano and I have a keyboard because I went through my weird 80s phase and I was really drunk.”

Ya’ll may remember that Kelly got her first tattoo on an episode of her family’s MTV reality show -  a small pink heart on her hip. Kelly didn’t stop at the tiny little tattoo she has a total of eleven tattoos.

1. A skull and crossbones on top of both of her feet.

2. Small angle wings on her back

3. An outline of a star on the back of her neck.

4. A very small pink heart on her hip.

5. A ship’s anchor in the back of her forearm.

6. A very small pink heart on her little finger.

7. A padlock with a key and a banner with the word Daddy above it.

8. A keyboard on the back of her right forearm.

9. The name Jack on her wrist (for her brother)

10. A blue heart with crossbones coming out of it above her right hand.

11. I love my mommy written in French between her angel wings.

Kelly Osbourne says she is finally over her addiction to the painkiller Vicodin in her new book titled “Fierce”.

Kelly says she got hooked when she was 17 and has gone through rehab three times for treatment.

Osbourne reveals she was prescribed the pill and was soon taking up to 50 tablets a day because it gave her the confidence to cope with the new-found fame during filming of MTV’s ‘The Osbournes.’

“By this point I was waking up and emptying six Vicodin into my hand. Soon I was taking 50 pills a day. Most people would overdose on 10. My friends called me ‘Noddy’ because I fell asleep all the time,” she said.

Kelly says she squeaky clean now and ready to lose that Dancing with the Stars weight.

The law always gets you Kelly Osbourne. Even though the incident happened last summer, Scotland Yard has arrested the young Osbourne for allegedly slapping a journalist in a London nightclub last August.

Apparently, Kelly was pissed off that gossip columnist Zoe Griffin wrote an article mocking her model boyfriend Luke Worrall, when she wrote that pretty boy didn’t know how earthquakes happened. When Kelly and Zoe crossed paths at Punk nightclub, the gossip girl got bitch slapped by the Princess of Darkness.

Griffin quoted her saying, “I have an issue with you. My boyfriend knows what an earthquake is and everyone has been laughing at him and he’s upset.”  As the conversation drew to a close, Griffin wrote, “That’s when I felt a hard slap to my right cheekbone.”

Kelly was arrested but released soon after on bond.

The Daily Mail says that 23 year old Kelly Osbourne is planning to marry her 18 year old model boyfriend very soon. I’m not sure how much truth there is to this one, as they site their source as Facebook.

Kelly’s boytoy, Luke Worrall changed his Facebook status from ’single’ to ‘engaged to Kelly Osbourne’ over the weekend, and now everyone thinks they will be running off to tie the knot any day now.

Kelly and Luke have only been dating since May, but she was spotted in September wearing a ring on her wedding ring finger….that many think is an engagement ring.

You gotta give young Luke props for being brave. When you were 18 would have had the balls to tell The Prince of Darkness that you were about to marry his daughter?

As if we needed more proof that Axl Rose is a complete moron, his “game” is so unbelievably retarded we don’t even know what to think. Kelly Osbourne was out a recent L.A. party with her friend/designer Richie Rich when the pair bumped into Axl.

“He was really weird with her,” said the Heatherette fashionista at a party for the launch of the new Tide and Downy Total Care washing liquid. “He kept leering at her and saying, “I want to f*** you!”

Nice manners, dude. He must have forgotten that her father is the Prince of Darkness.
