Adopted from South Korea, Naleigh was named after Katherine’s mother, Nancy, and her sister, Margaret Leigh, who was also adopted from Korea. According to reports, Katherine and Josh have been preparing for a baby since late last year.

“Katie and Josh were aware it could take years, so they were being patient. They are thrilled to have a child in their lives, no matter what the challenges.”

Speaking to Ellen Degeneres, Katherine said, “About a year ago is when we said, ‘OK, let’s start the process,’ and the process is intense.”

She revealed: “It’s been a big part of my life and my family. My sister is Korean and my parents adopted her back in the 70s and so I just always knew that this is something I wanted to do. I just wanted to make sure that I was marrying a guy who understands that this was going to have to happen. Not everybody is down with that.”

Is the ‘incredible in her own mind’ Katherine Heigl pregnant?

Since Katherine was photographed sucking on a lollipop over the weekend instead of her customary ciggie…everyone thinks she might be expecting.

Well cheers Katherine. But Lord, please let it be a boy so she doesn’t pass on her granny style to another girl. Although, admittedly she does not look granny-like here. But she usually does.

Katherine Heigl has been on the top of my s**t list for a long time, but now she is perched at the tippy top. She smokes, she dresses like a 50 year-old woman and she whines all the freakin’ time. I just want someone to slap her stupid blonde face and tell her if she so miserable on Grey’s Anatomy then quit. That’s what you do when hate your job.

Katherine newest gripe is that she had to work a 17 hour day…one time…on the first day back of filming for this season. Big hairy deal. Who hasn’t had to work a long day once in a while and for those of you who work those long days AND take care of kids I’m sure you feel me.

Heigl was on David Letterman last month and said about starting production on “Grey’s”: “Our first day back was Wednesday and it was — I’m going to keep saying this because I hope it embarrasses them — a 17-hour day, which I think is cruel and mean.”

ABC entertainment president Steve McPherson responded to Katherine Heigl’s latest gripe about starring in a hit TV show.

“I think it’s unfortunate,” McPherson told TV critics about her comments (below). “People are going to behave in the way they choose to behave. There are so many people who work so hard on ‘Grey’s,’ and all of our shows, without any notoriety and those are the ones I’d be concerned about, people who feel like they’re being criticized or looked down upon.”

You know what I think is cruel and mean?  A single mom getting laid off and having no way to support her kids. A father losing his  job after losing his savings in the stock market over the past few years and the family ultimately losing the home they’ve work so hard far. Shut the hell up Katherine Heigl.

Spoiler Alert if you recorded this and plan to watch it tonight curled up with a glass of wine….

Izzie and Alex took Meredith and Derek’s wedding so they could get married quickly …McDreamy and Meredith scribbled their own marriage contract on post it notes….Izzie had the surgery and forgot who Alex was…miraculously she got her memory back for one brief second before she flatlined.

Oh and George left the hospital to be an army doctor was hit by a bus and killed trying to save someone else …

This is why I stopped watching Grey’s Anatomy a few years ago. It’s way too much drama and emotion for a 10pm show. How are you supposed to go to sleep after watching something like this.

Since Katherine Heigl made her big “I’m withdrawing myself from the Emmy race” announcement last week, she decided she needed a vaca!  She’s young, she’s hot, she’s talented so someone please tell us why KH insists on dressing like a sweet old lady? She’s so tall and blonde that she can pull off her old-school look in street clothes, but this beach get-up is pure Nana. Well, if your Nana wears purple lame bikinis.

It’s embarrassing enough when you wear the same thing as some other chick, but its absolutely devastating when that chick is Britney Spears! Katherine Heigl’s conservative style took a wrong turn somewhere and she ended up with the same Primp top as the queen of trash.

KH is most likely crying in her pillow tonight and cursing Page Six for publishing the most humiliating picture of her life.
