It’s finally happened. Finally. Finally one of Diana’s beautiful boys is getting marred.

Finally..Price William will make an honest woman of that sweet little Kate Middleton. Although the public announcement was just made today, the couple have been engaged since last October when Prince William proposed on a safari vacation in Kenya.

The pair will wed in the spring or summer, according to a statement from the prince’s official residence Clarence House. Recent speculation about the site of the event has focused on Westminster Abbey, where the funeral for prince’s mother, Princess Diana, was held in 1997.

“Further details about the wedding day will be announced in due course,” the statement said

“Prince William has informed The Queen and other close members of his family,” the statement said. “Prince William has also sought the permission of Miss Middleton’s father.”

The royal wedding will take place in 2011 and will no doubt bring major drama the like of which have not been seen since his parents married back in 1981. The rumors that Wills and Kate will marry at the same church and that Kate will use the same dress designer as the late Princess Diana have already started.

What a fairytale for Kate. Not only is she going to be a frigging Princess and eventually Queen..she gets to wear those outrageous hats the rest of her life and no one can shit to her about it.

Just a few months after splitting up, Prince William and Kate Middleton appear to be back together but on the DL. The cute couple were seen kissing and cuddling on June 9th at a bash in William’s army barracks. Can’t blame Will on that one, this chick is a royal cutie.

If these two get married and have babies, it will outshadow Will’s mothers fairtale romance as THE ROMANCE of the century.

No royal wedding yet! Athough we’ve all been expecting Prince William to announce his engagment to girlfriend of five years Kate Middleton, what we got was a break-up announcement. William and Kate had been dating since meeting at St. Andrews University in Scotland but sources say they grown apart in their post-university lives. William is off doing his duty for God and country 100 miles away from Kate and her new career in London as an accessories buyer for Britisth fashion chain Jigsaw.

We suspect it was the constant media attention that drove Kate away from the relationship, not William’s princely duties. Unlike William’s mother Diana, Kate does not want the press around her and hates them intruding on her life so much that she recently sued and won a public apology from a British newspaper for publishing a picture of her heading to work.

The girl who might be Queen. Kate Middleton and Prince William caught on camera dancing at a military ball this weekend. In case you don’t know, this is the girl the Royal Family is grooming to become Princess and eventually (probably sooner than later) Queen. Elizabeth can’t live much longer, and I don’t think Charles is ever gonna get the big payoff.  Kate is quiet, shy, normally dresses middle aged and never causes any trouble. Nothing like William’s deceased mum, Diana. But your personality and your sense of adventure and fun are the things you give up to become Queen. Probably why Diana failed miserably at it. But what I know about Royal stuff?
