Kate wants all you beautiful chicas out there to know that we should not aspire to look like A-list stars, because that ‘look’ is just that, a ‘look’ and not reality.

She says, “I don’t think you can aspire to it, nor can I. Everybody is retouched, stretched, lengthened, slimmed and trimmed. I could look at a picture of myself from the past and think, ‘Why don’t I look like that now?’ It’s because I never have.”

It’s hard to take those words seriously when they are posted next to this untouched photo. It would apprear the perfect body ‘look’ is in fact a reality for gorgeous Kate. I’m not mad at her though, she puts in the time and the sweat with her trainer for this.
