Skeletor and Jennifer Lopez can breathe easy …for now. Monday a judge ruled against the releasing of an alleged sex tape involving J.Lo and her first husband.

Judge James C. Chalfant ruled today against the releasing of the alleged tape of J. Lo and Ojani Noa and also agreed to keep the movie under wraps until a further hearing Tuesday on whether to make the injunction permanent.

Ojani Noa has been trying to around the video, entitled How I Married Jennifer Lopez; The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story, for a couple of weeks. Lopez is getting him back by suing him for $10 million, according to legal papers filed Friday. She’s also asking for a court order that would prevent Noa from making any home videos public.

Apparently the video contains 11-plus hours of private home videos of Lopez “in a revealing lack of clothing, and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel room from (her and Noa’s) honeymoon,” according to court documents.

You almost can’t blame the guy. As heinous as what he is doing is..it must really suck to be the guy married to J.Lo just before she blew up.

Jennifer Lopez is taking a page out of the Beyonce play book by inventing a alter-ego stage name for herself. Jen has unsuccessfully trying to ditch the JLo moniker she was saddled with back in her Puff Daddy days for years.

Desperate to avoid any bad press about their failing marriage so soon after their twins were born, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony take off to Puerto Rico for a ‘romantic vacation’.

JLo and Skeletor were seen having dinner with family and friends at Marmalade, a trendy, upscale restaurant in the old-town section of San Juan.

“Jennifer and Marc looked very happy, so it is hard for me to believe the rumors that their marriage is in trouble,” the eatery’s general manager, Trace Donaldson, tells E! News. “They were laughing and seemed to be having a great time.”

Jennifer Lopez says she is not a Scientologist, but if it walks like Xenu and talks like Xenu….In a recent interview JLo dished on just how much she knows about Scientology and admits that she’d be cool with Max and Emme getting their education from the church.

When asked if she would send her children to a Scientology school, Jennifer
replied: “Yeah. I wouldn’t mind. Not at all. Because I know that the technologies that they have are very helpful… It’s all about communication. That’s the thing I really don’t like about talking about this. I do know so many great people who choose it as a lifestyle and really follow it and it is their religion… I just wish that people wouldn’t judge it without knowing what it is.”

She goes on to say (again) that even though her father is a 20 year Scientology veteran, and her BFF Leah Remini is at the top of the church hierarchy, that she only uses the dogma when she is feeling blue.
“I know a lot about Scientology. And I know about the practices. I know all about what the technology is and it’s very helpful. So in a sense, yeah, you do call on it.”

Hmmm…a theological ideal that you turn to in times of turmoil and doubt in your life….I could be wrong kids but it sounds like JLo is a true believer.

I am not one to make fun of any woman for gaining weight while pregnant, or for taking if off slowly or not at all for that matter. But I do make fun of women who still have baby back fat and wear clothing that shows it off.  Jennifer Lopez dressed like a Greek Goddess to kick off her new tour this weekend at the Acroplis in Athens…. but not wearing the correct underpinning was a Mt.Olympus sized mistake.

Wearing a fringed white dress and thigh length boots, the 39-year-old singer had the wardrobe mishap when a side view revealed she was not wearing a bra. New mum Lopez was performing to a 11,000 strong audience at the Olympic Stadium on the first leg of her world tour.

Jennifer Lopez completed the Nautica Malibu Triathlon yesterday in an respectable 2 hours, 23 minutes and 28 seconds. Cheered on by her skela-hubby Marc Anthony and her celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson, JLo crossed the finish line looking rode hard and put away wet. Also competing in the triathlon was Jenny’s Wedding Planner costar Matthew McConaughey, whom I’m betting looked much sexier coming out the ocean. Stay tuned for pictures of our favorite surfer dude dad.

Although it’s not confirmed yet, the Project Runway buzz is all about Jennifer Lopez guest judging on the season finale. JLo will be taking a break from training for her first triathalon to shoot the show this Friday.

Nina Garcia wouldn’t confirm the news, but hinted the finale “is going to be unbelievable. The guest star is one of the most iconic women around. It’s going to take the cake.”

Michael Kors must have had too many dirty martini’s when he told Elle magazine that JLo could be a fashion editor. “She is curious about what’s new and what’s next,” he says, “but at the same time she knows how to edit perfectly for her look and lifestyle.”

I am personally surprised that MK thinks so highly of JLo. She still just looks like Jenny from the block with a little more bling to me. Maybe she just needs to freshen up that tired old hair-do she’s been rockin for 10 years. On a totally different subject what is with celebrities running marathons and s*&t so soon after having babies? Isn’t it enough that they get back in their size 0 in less than two weeks? Now we have to strive to get baby weight off and be an Olympic althlete?
