I love Jeff Goldblum SO much. I have loved him ever since I saw his teeth falling out and skin falling off in The Fly back in the day. I nearly swoon everytime I see that clip from Independence Day where he and Will Smith are walking across the desert away from the alien aircraft smoking cigars. But I do not like him dating someone young enough to be his granddaughter. Daughter at the very least.

It’s creepy…Goldblum has been on my Freebie Top List for years…and now the ick factor of him dating someone so young just knocked him right off.

Publishing heiress Lydia Hearst‘s relationship with “Jurassic Park” star Jeff Goldblum, 58, continues to baffle her powerful family. The pair have been spotted out on dates in recent weeks in Los Angeles. A source told us, “Lydia is only 26, so it’s quite an age difference. She says that they are good friends, but the family desperately hopes it’s just a phase.” Hearst, a model who has previously been linked to Jared Leto and Cisco Adler, has been spending more time on the West Coast as she pursues an acting career. She couldn’t be reached for comment.

My gut reaction to any old man dating a girl 35 years younger than him is EWWWWW.

But oddly, this hook-up doesn’t bother me. Possibly because I’ve had a lifelong crush on Jeff Goldblum myself and would take off with him with a quickness if the opportunity ever arose. Come on, ya’ll know he was hot in The Fly and that scene in Independence Day where he and Will Smith are walking across the desert after killing the mothership is like…WHOA.

That being said..I suppose this May-December romance may be icky to some of you..but I think he and 21-year-old Lost actress Tania Raymonde look sort of cute together.

Despite what Google said earlier, Jeff Goldblum did not fall to his death on a movie set today.

The rumor was a lame internet hoax and started circulating just after the news broke that Michael Jackson had died.

We’ve got our three celebs …Ed McMahon, Farrah and Michael. That will be it for a while.

Although the pregnancy is still not really official, there are already more rumors floating around about baby Richie than Suri Cruise ever had. This week’s hot gossip is that Nicole Richie had been seeing Jeff Goldblum before Joel Madden came along.Is it possible that “The Fly” is Nicole’s baby daddy? Naw…really?
