Paris Hilton ain’t the only one that don’t wanna go to jail. Jason Wahler has decided to enter an addiction treatment center in lieu of serving his 60 day sentence for a 2006 assault case.

A relative of Jason’s has confirmed that he made a deal with prosecutors and that his jail sentence has been suspended now that he has entered rehab. This isn’t the end of Jason’s legal woes. He still has to stand trial for his latest arrest in Seattle in June. Rehab may not save his strange Colin Farrell likeness then.

This kid is just one big hot mess. Us Magazine published these disturbing photos of Laguna Beach star Jason Wahler in what looks like a game of Russian Roulette. Sources tell Us Weekly that Wahlers and friends were ‘wasted’ at rapper Jay 211 house (also pictured) when they decided to play the dangerous game.

“Everyone was just playing around and they decided to play Russian Roulette. There was one bullet in the gun and Jason and Jay both pointed the gun at their heads and pulled the trigger. “

I think I would be remiss if I didn’t tell you that this same source also adds: “Jason’s out of control. He’s out of his f–king mind.”

Just in case you have no idea who this punk ass kid is, let me fill you in. He is the former boyfriend of Lauren Conrad (Laguna Beach, The Hills) and has been arrested four times in the last nine months. I’d say the spotlight is not a good place for this kid.

Jason Wahler Spews Racial Slurs At Arresting Officer

Jason Wahler (of MTV’s The Hills and Laguna Beach) takes a page from the Mel Gibson playbook and hurls racial and homophobic slurs at a police officer that was arresting him over the weekend in Seattle. Wahler punched a security guard a passed out drunk in a hallway and promptly arrested for assault and criminal trespass. If you are keeping track, this is Wahler’s third arrest since last September when he punched a city worker and two truck drivers in LA. Anger problems much dude?

It’s obvious from the police report that Wahler was either out of his mind drunk (again) or he is just as stupid as we all think he is because in his tirade he was throwing the ‘n’ word around repeatedly at a non black officer. According to the report, Wahler also screamed at the officer that he was rich and that he would have his ass. Because a kid from an MTV reality show has that much pull in the world.
