Jack Osbourne Stops A Mugging; Saves The GirlPosted on: September 30, 2008 | Leave a Comment
Jack Osbourne has come a long way from that slobbish, lazy rock star kid he used to be when his family was filming their reality show. Twenty-two year old Jack has gotten clean and healthy and now gets his kicks from his British tv reality show Adrenaline Junkie. Jack’s day job spilled over into real life yesterday as he rescued a girl from getting mugged in the street. He stopped the mugging, chased and caught the bad guy, made a citizen’s arrest, and pinned the mugger down until the cops arrived.
Suddenly Jack Osbourne’s number on the sexy scale just went up 10 points. How often do we girls see real life heroism these days?
Erik Estrada Will Be “Armed and Famous”Posted on: December 7, 2006 | Leave a Comment
Erik Estrada gets work on a new CBS reality show titled, “Armed and Famous”, that allows the B list celebrity cast to carry guns and badges as they are sworn in as reserve police officers of Muncie, Indiana. 200 locals packed into Muncie City Hall to see the cast of the show being sworn in. Erik will be joined by fellow celebrity crime fighters Jack Osbourne, Wee Man, Trish Stratus and La Toya Jackson. Is it really safe to be giving all of these folks guns? The thought of Jack Osborne and La Toya Jackson packing alone frightens the hell out of me, not too mention that crazy Wee Man from Jackass. Sound like a show that’s up your alley? No? Well how about the fact that Erik Estrada now wears a toupee, and often wriggles around for laughs? I don’t care who you are, that right there is funny, and reason enough to watch at least the first episode. Source: Yahoo

Jack Osbourne Stayed High While Mother Battled CancerPosted on: September 28, 2006 | Leave a Comment
If it wasn’t clear from their ground breaking reality tv show that Sharon Osbourne is the glue that holds that family together, a few excerpts from her son Jack’s new book, 21 Years Gone, will really drive the point home. In his new book, Jack admits he was too busy taking substances to even visit his mother in the hospital after she was diagnosed with cancer of the colon in 2002. Jack writes, “I went straight to Malibu and drowned my fears and my anxieties in a lake full of booze and a cloud of pot. I was so lost in my own self-centeredness that I couldn’t even muster up the enthusiasm to visit her. “And though it sickens me to admit it to myself now, the truth is that when I did get round to visiting her in hospital, the only emotion I could really feel was boredom. “More often than not though, I didn’t even show up. “I was out with my friends getting high. I would pass out at parties and vomit in my sleep. I would drive drunk – even though I didn’t have a license. “After months of treatment and waiting, mum got the all clear. The chemotherapy was finished, the cancer seemed to be in remission and I think for the first time she was able to look around her and see what was happening with her family.” Let’s hope that along with that horrid hair and the party blubber, Jack lost his ‘I am the center of the universe’ attitude and will be there for his family the next time tradegy strikes.
