That’s the rumor anyway.

This weekend the news that Heidi Klum will be filing for divorce from Seal any minute. It’s a ‘some bad sh– happened and there is no fixing it’ situation.

Heidi and Seal have long been thought of as one of the strongest celebrity relationships and of course you all know they renew their wedding vows every single freakin’ year. And they have that awesome costume party every year…cuz you know…costume parties make a marriage strong. Most media outlets are reporting that Heidi just got fed up with Seal’s partying…and all that entails. Which could be major (Charlie Sheen) or could be just a one -off trip to the club in the VIP.

Last night it was reported Heidi Klum’s seven-year marriage to British singer Seal is over – with the model preparing to file for divorce within days.

German-born Heidi, 38, is expected to file papers at Los  Angeles’ County Superior Court this week citing irreconcilable differences between the pair who  married at Seal’s beachfront home in Mexico in 2005. The reasons behind the sudden split remained unclear but a spokesman for the former Victoria’s Secret model yesterday said a statement was being prepared which would be released imminently.

A spokesman for Seal, 48 – real name Seal Henry Samuel – did not return calls but a cryptic message posted on the singer’s Twitter page on Friday read: ‘The End.’ The message was attached to a picture that appeared to show the star’s forearm bearing an imprint of a set of wings – a possible reference to Miss Klum’s role as a Victoria’s Secret winged ‘Angel’ model.

Well not really..but she wanted to be. Sort of.

Heidi Klum was on Jay Leno last night to promote herself and Project Runway..when Jay whipped out a picture of Heidi in a bikini from a recent family vacation.

To that Heidi replied, “I’m surprised you have a photo of me wearing a top.” She then added, “Because I don’t really like to wear tops because I hate the tan lines.”

Apparently her sexy husband Seal doesn’t dig tan lines either because she also added, “My husband likes it when it’s all one color.”

I saw several commentaries on these new Heidi Klum bikini pictures slamming her body after having her fourth kid. Everyone is comparing her to other hot celebrity mom bodies and finding her lacking.

But I disagree. I think she looks fabulous. Happy and gorgeous with a beautiful family that she actually takes care of instead of spending three hours a day at the gym.

I guess haters got to hate.

For the second time Heidi  Klum has amazed us all at how fast she can back into runway shape after giving birth. Six weeks after bringing her fourth child in the world Heidi worked the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show like she owned it.

Sure she was bit more covered this time and practically looked like she was wearing granny panties compared to the other angels..but hey…six weeks ago she had a belly the size of a planet.

More Heidi news…On Friday, a Los Angeles commissioner approved Klum’s legal name change to Heidi Samuel, her husband’s surname.
