Heather Locklear Hospitalized For Pills and BoozePosted on: January 13, 2012 | Leave a Comment
I grew up with Heather Locklear….Dynasty…TJ Hooker…Melrose Place. She was married to a hot rock star and was engaged to a dreamy Frisco Jones. I’m not exactly sure what she has to be so depressed about, but who knows what really goes on in someone’s head. I love her. I hope she gets the help she needs this time. The Dynasty star’s sister called 911 earlier today to report the ‘medical emergency’, TMZ reported. According to the website law enforcement sources confirmed that the 50-year-old actress was examined by paramedics when they arrived and decided she needed to be hospitalized. Her parents made a statement later saying she was no immediate danger.
Heather Locklear Facing 90 Days In Jails For Hit and RunPosted on: April 22, 2010 | Comments Off
The Heather Locklear hit-and-run story isn’t as bad as it sounds. She didn’t hit a person, she didn’t even hit a car. She mowed down a “no parking” sign and the coppers traced it back to her. They promptly arrested her last Saturday…one more criminal off the street, right? Obviously, knocking over a sign and leaving isn’t a felony, but the problem is Heather is still on probation for the reckless driving charge she pled no contest to in 2008. She was suspected at the time of driving under the influence of prescription medication. She’ll get a slap on the hand for this one too, but most of the time when someone has been arrested while on probation they face up to 90 days in jail. I think if I lived in the great state of California I’d rather they suspend the jail time and take homegirls drivers license away. She is hell on wheels.
Heather Locklear Headed Back To “Melrose Place”Posted on: September 22, 2009 | Comments Off
It’s always been just a matter of time before Heather Locklear returned to Melrose Place and today the CW released the following statement: “We’re ecstatic to have the chance to bring Amanda Woodward back to ‘Melrose Place,’” executive producers Todd Slavkin & Darren Swimmer said in today’s press statement. “Heather’s involvement in the show is something we’ve been working on for some time as we couldn’t imagine creating and producing this show without the iconic character’s inclusion.”
Heather was originally brought in to the original series by Aaron Spelling to boost ratings. The combination of Heather’s bitchy character played to perfection and her micro-mini-skirts that could never be worn to the office in real life, did just that. Since the show is sucking again, the produces are going to following Spelling’s game plan and have Heather reprise her role as scheming ad exec Amanda Woodward. Amanda was last seen with Peter (played by her real-life beau Jack Wagner) faking her own death on the Melrose series finale in 2000. Heather Locklear returns to Melrose Place on Nov. 17.
Heather Locklear Arrested For DUIPosted on: September 29, 2008 | Leave a Comment
Heather Locklear is not having a good year. She’s been in treatment for anxiety and depression and apparently her medication needs to be tweaked. Heather was arrested by the California Highway Patrol around 7pm Saturday after a random citizen called 911 to report her crazy driving.
By the time the CHP officer got there, Heather had parked her car on SR 192, blocking a lane. The officer talked to her and determined that she was disoriented and “under the influence of something.” She was taken to the CHP’s Santa Barbara-area office to be tested for alcohol and drugs. Heather tested negative for alcohol but the other drug tests results won’t be back for a few days. Too many Xanax? I know there is a CHIP’s tv show/Heather Locklear joke in here somewhere….you know she had some bit parts on that show back in the day for sure.
