Here come the gold-diggers. There are rumers coming out of Australia that Heath Ledger fathered a “love child” with an older married woman when he was only 17.

The mother - in a relationship with another man at the time - is thought to have only learned she was pregnant after the affair with Ledger ended. Ledger’s uncle, Haydn Ledger, yesterday confirmed there was a “real possibility” his nephew had fathered a girl with the woman.

If these claims turn out to be turn, little Matilda will have to split her daddy’s multi-million dollar estate with this kid.

The details of Heath Ledger’s final Will and Testament were made public over the weekend. Since the will was filed in Australia in April of 2003 before he began his relationship with Michelle Williams, there is no mention of neither Michelle nor the couples daughter Matilda. In fact, all of the actors assets were left to his parents and sister.

 Heath’s family was quick to speak out over the weekend, assuring everyone that the family intends to provide for Matilda and Michelle.

“Matilda is our absolute priority and Michelle is an integral part of our family. They will be taken care of and that’s how Heath would want it to be. The story is getting taken out of context and media is speculating that this means Matilda and Michelle will not be taken care of. I want to make it very clear nothing could be farther from the truth.”

At the time of the filing of the will, Heath’s assets didn’t amount to much, but this was before his Oscar nominated performance in Brokeback Mountain.

 A series of documents filed in Manhattan Surrogate’s Court revealed that the actor had less than $145,000 in New York assets at the time, including a $25,000 Toyota Prius and $20,000 in furniture and fixtures.

To add to the sad tale that surrounds Heath Ledger’s death, an Australian artist named Vincent Fantauzzo has unveiled a painting the actor sat for just weeks before his death. Vincent Fantauzzo says his final product is the ‘result of an intense collaboration‘ between the two.

“Before we did the painting we talked to all hours,” he says. “The night before, we talked about the painting and about art, and about all sorts of things.” The haunting image “was an idea we discussed together and came up with… it was about how we all have different consciences and voices in our head that tell us what to do and how to react. They’re not good or bad, they’re just voices that we hear, telling us how to behave. That’s what the other figures are in the painting.”

The artist also spoke to the Heath’s mental state saying that he “was really serious and focused and almost in a meditation. He’s quite serious.”

Although no one has threatened to boycott Entertainment Tonight and The Insider, impassioned please from A-list stars like Scarlett Johannson, Josh Brolin and Natalie Portman have caused the tabloids to put out the following statement:

“Out of respect for Heath Ledger’s family, Entertainment Tonight has decided not to run the Heath Ledger video being released to the world media today.”

Page Six reports that the celebs as well as top publicity firms decided to use the “human to human” plea with CBS to prevent further exploitation of Heath Ledger’s tragic death.

The UK Daily Telegraph has a few short clips of the Heath Ledger drug video that ET was set to air this week. Since ET purchased the video for $200,000 they have been bombarded by lawsuit threats so the airing has been put on hold.

Entertainment Tonight and The Insider have purchased the new video footage of Heath Ledger that surfaced shortly after his death last week. The video, shot without the actors knowledge, shows him allegedly snorting cocaine at the Chateau Marmont hotel two years ago. In the footage, Heath is shown talking after sniiffing a white powder off a table with a rolled up bill in his hand.

“I’m gonna get so much sh*t from my girlfriend. We have a baby together… Matilda, Matilda Rose.”

Although ET and The Insider purchased the video for $200,000 and had planned to show the clip later this week, they may not be able to without being sued.

Could it be possible that 28 year-old Heath Ledger died of natural causes? According to TMZ it could be.

 it’s now appearing that the level of toxicity (from medication) in Ledger’s system was low enough that it may not have caused his death. These sources say Heath’s heart stopped. It could have been a heart attack but it’s not certain, at least not yet. Although it’s bizarre that a 28-year-old could die of natural causes, it happens.

Authorities also debunk the reports that the masseuse called Mary-Kate Olsen first so the two could remove all the illegal drugs from the apartment.

Both the New York Post and New York Daily News are reporting that Heath Ledger and Mary-Kate Olsen were dating. Since we found out that MK’s security guys had been involved in the first few mintues surrounding the discovery of Heath’s death, it’s been a little confusing as to what the connection was. Today’s reports shed some life on the relationship and give us more details about what really happened.

As reported, a masseuse who arrived at Ledger’s apartment Tuesday first called Olsen before 911 when she discovered the actor’s body. Olsen’s number was programmed into Ledger’s phone, the Post claims. According to the Daily News, Olsen’s bodyguard later confirmed to police that two were dating (though her rep says they’re just friends). The Post quotes a police source as saying the two had a “mutual relationship.”

According to a law enforcement official who spoke to the Post, the masseuse called Olsen first because “she didn’t want a media circus.” The Daily News reports that the masseuse called Olsen “for guidance.” Olsen told the masseuse she would send her security guards to the downtown Manhattan apartment. After the masseuse tried to rouse Ledger, she discovered that his body was cold, the Post reports, so she called Olsen again. “I think he’s dead,” she said.

Olsen replied, “I already have people coming over.”

The masseuse then told Olsen she was calling 911.
